I am all for giving anyone the benefit of the doubt but my experience with Skynet has been absolutely horrible. I places an order with Shein on the 3rd December Delivery expected 10 to 18 December - I noticed that there was an error in the delivery address and I corrected that as soon as I was able and delivery was promised before Christmas (My granddaughters Christmas presents are inside) I have followed up with them on every working day since then with absolutely no luck at all - Promises were made, I was even given someone in Escalations' direct number but they did not even answer the phone when I called them back. At this point I am wondering if I will receive these gifts before my granddaughters have children of their own. I am hugely disappointed in this service ... or lack of it

He is always helpful, friendly and can make the most mundane tasks a delightful way to spend the time. It is always a pleasure
Well I never had such a disappointing experience. I asked for my line to be moved, not cancelled outright although that may have cost me less in the long run. I had to move and the pace I moved to was only confirmed 2 days before the actual move took place. I set up a line transfer ... understand I was not cancelling my service, merely changing the address. They moved the line fast enough ... wonderful ... until it came to my bill. I was charged for both lines for the month of March. Surely this had to be an accounting error right? NOPE they have treated the closing of my line as an outright cancellation, not a move. Yes I understand that it was a short notice period but I did not have any choices. I have now found out that they have purposely kept the old address active so that they could bill me and the new tenants have not been able to activate their line either because of this. This has cost them financially as well. I cannot believe that this policy is allowed. There has been no data usage on the line, it was a simple request to move the line - they were not loosing anything. Now they have lost 1 customer and 1 potential customer because of this ridiculous policy I am disgusted that they would treat an active customer like this
So after 4 years Afrihost decided to cancel my line ... My account is paid up and there was no notification from my side to do this. I cancelled my hosting because I wasn't using it and I did ask to have my line transferred as we were supposed to be moving but I cancelled the move as that fell through and somewhere they decided to cancel my Fiber line. This so - called cancellation was supposed to have taken affect by 1 July, did they adhere to that ? Oh no, we were cut off on the 26th June (This is how I found out about my fiber line being cancelled). I have never received such horrible service. They are not able to tell me when I cancelled my line but they cannot reverse it. Now I have to pay a reconnection fee with any New Service provider which I cannot afford. They said that I would get a refund on the Hosting that I cancelled but that did not happen and I don't suppose that they will credit me for the Fiber that I haven't had since last week. They said it would be resolved by Thursday and nothing happened, no follow up, just nothing. This is not the first time that I have had poor service from them, It has just been too much hassle to move.
Liquid Capital declined to pay for the service on my car because I was a little over the km's for that service! I did book a service on line but the agent did not get back to me. My life then got very complicated and I have had to deal with a lot, including a death in the family. None of this was taken into consideration. I would not recommend them at all. I was going to renew my Car service plan with them but now that is out of the question, they are completely *************
Tebogo Pitjeng was very good at helping me with a misunderstanding. So he good, that was started off as a troublesome call turned into a positive outcome
This company is ********* and un compromising. After putting through the wrong date on the Debit order, they refused to reverse and re debit on the correct date. Never found anything useful for the money spent. Truly disappointed and disgusted
I attended an Event at Rumours on Saturday and, while the Event was amazing, the service levels at the venue were less than wonderful. They were short staffed on the floor and behind the bar resulting in a wait of up to 30 mins to just get a drink and our food order took 45 mins to arrive and was wrong and then there was another hour's wait for the replacement. When the bill came we were still charged for the wrong order. I don't think that the staff was to blame as they were completely overwhelmed.
I have been using Takealot fairly frequently and their service has been exemplary. I had an unfortunate situation where I had to return an item and the return was handled flawlessly. I am, for the most part, not an on-line shopper but getting items like dog food and the occasional electronic items really helps me to budget, and saves me time with the delivery.
