Ordered a screencard from wootware just about a month ago. (15th March) due to positive references from colleagues that game. I got a notification that the card had arrived and will be dispatched via courier. I checked multiple times and I clearly noted delivery adress for Worcester western cape. Checked the tracking yesterday, it was sent to Durban for some reason. Tried getting hold of the courier to tell them to hold up, as I'll drive through to where they are and get it myself. No answers on any numbers or mails. Tried contacting wootware. No answers on any mails. No contact number. Screencard ended up in durban somewhere. Checked the tracking. Out for delivery...in durban. Only one worcester in south africa I'm afraid. Don't know where they're taking it. Problem is you know how couriers treat delicate items. Also sent wootware a mail and said keep that one ill send my own courier to pick up another one, no response. Hoping I'll get one here.
So I tried registering on Holywood bets for some fun. Got a message from the system that said my number is already in use. So I followed prompts and sent my fica docs to a mail adress that doesn't work anymore. Today I called their call center. A guy asked me for my name and stated that my name is not the name registered with the number. I told him yes, someone used my number, so how can we rectify te situation. He said I need to get a new number... I told him that my number had been rica'd on my name since 2010, and that I can submit proof, and that I'm LITERALLY calling him from said number. He again said I need to get a new number. I told him so, what you're telling me is, I can literally take anyone's number and register it on your site and that person will never be able to get in? I then told him holywood bets it not secure anyway in that case as this can be done to anyone. He didn't want to help. I wanted to spend money. It is what it is. If you're reading this review, someone can just use your number and you won't get in if you don't go and get a new number. I also told him I'm in management and that subordinates often use my number when doing things like making debt etc. He wasn't interested in assisting to get me registered.
Recently had a business trip to Pretoria. I chose to stay at the Anew Hotel, Centurion for a week, Sunday to Friday. Pro's: Beautiful Hotel Rental Car service Inside the Hotel Literally Right next to Centurion mall, as though almost on one premises Fantastically Friendly and Professional Staff Beautifully Situated and Central Clean rooms, and Professional Cleaning Staff Safe secure Parking Great secure lock systems on the doors-Vingcard Top Class safes in the rooms- Elsafe Great work station- A large desk with plugs for you laptops, chargers etc. -Free reliable Wifi Cons No refrigerators in the Rooms- The one I stayed in. I'm not sure whether this is the norm for all rooms. With that being said when I asked for one they arranged it for me. My only real gripe is the restaurant. It states online that it opens at 06:30. I stayed from Sunday through Friday. Yes the doors open at 06:30, but Until about 06:45 they are still cleaning the containers for the food. Everything is only really ready by 06:50. This was consistent throughout the week. Being there for work, this hindered my schedule and I had to make alternative arrangements for breakfeast at times. I need to get going early in the mornings. In Addition, being a healthy eater, the options are very limited, with no healthy options.
Had to travel for business recently, and as I'm a healthy eater I had to look for healthy options. Closest to where I stay was Kauai Jean Crossing in Centurion. I literally ate Only Kauai for a week, Sunday to Friday, Breakfeast, Lunch and Dinner. Everything was on point, from the service to the taste, to the pricing. Great value for money.
I called in yesterday regarding an issue I had with my emails. I received very professional assistance from the technical agent (Bianca) that I spoke to. The line on my side was bad and internet was an issue due to inclement weather. She remained patient and resolved all my issues.
Bought a new Car from Kia Brackenfell about a month ago. The staff were friendly and professional. I'd like to thank Ryno Mouton for the great service he gave me from day one, and the most important thing of all, great after sales service. Will definitely be back to do business again.
Once again received great service from Telkom in Worcester. I renewed my cellphone contract there little over a month ago and once again received great service. A special thanks to Wandre for assisting me with such great enthusiasm. And the most important thing, the after sales service was great. The same for a couple of years back with the last contract. It was great doing business with you.
We took out houshold insurance with Santam a while back. Bought a new car last month and added it on there. Got the car on the 11th of May. Paid from that date up until end of May. Also paid for the month of June ahead as is the standard way of things. I then got a broker and moved the policy over to them. Santam didn't move the policy over they simply duplicated it and then they deducted(outright stole)a full payment on the 8th of June, 7 days after I made a full payment as well as back pay for the previous month. My partner made contact with them and they treated her like **** and gave her the runaround. Told her to send a mail to ask for the money back. I then called and the consultant told me that my partner needs to make up her mind and decide what she wants. You f**king scumbags who do you think you are to treat clients like this.. So you're telling me everytime you decide to duplicate my policy, 2, 3, 4 times you're gonna deduct the full amount 2,3,4 times a month at different times of the month and I need to mail you and explain this thievery and ask for my money back? You know it doesn't work like that right? Everything I try to talk to someone about this you put me on hold indefintaley.
I've been with Nedbank here in Worcester for a while. Got a credit card there etc. Got fantastic service there in getting it all set-up, so, when I decided to start another business venture we decided to use Nedbank of course. We opened a business account at Worcester branch in High-Street. The account never functioned properly. A lot of back and forth with getting the login details (Pin) to work. This was never sorted out. We reached out to them via mail and telephonically, yet to no avail. Thus, we started using our personal bank accounts to trade. After getting a mail to settle bank costs for the account we never used, we paid in full and closed the account. We were told on several occasions that the bank manager was going to reach out, (Stian) months later, still waiting. I spoke to the call center today and they said he will reach out. I'm still waiting. One would think that in today's economic climate, Nedbank would be more willing to join hands with a business that wants to uplift the local economy. Same with Elizabeth. She never gets back to you.( Lady that handled the closure of the account.) For all you entrepeneurs that want to start a new business in the breedvallei area, steer clear of Nedbank.
I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Motion Fitness for weeks now to cancel my gym contract.They don't reply to any e-mails. I've been on a month to month basis for years.
