Line activated and installed within 3 days
Tried to get ftth from a different isp after 2 weeks of not a single call from the isp I called metrofibre and within 3days line was installed actived and working

Worst service from fnb branch
When in to the branch in kzn on the bluff durban there was a minimum of 6 staff members in the branch on this Monday afternoon and about 4 people in the bank to be help but nope 1 staff member was working with online banking the pc on the side and 1 by the door to welcome the public and direct u to a q for help

Customer service no good
If I can give a 0 star rating I would as the call center (online orders) is full of **** and they ask u too verify which bank finance a house that u don't own

Telkom springs mall
Telkom springs mall is total useless and don't do anything for there pay if u go into the store and need to get help from the manager u are told the manager will call u tomorrow but that never happens and the next day your go back to the store same old store leave your number and the manager will call back the next day

Phone the store to ask for a receipt re print have my receipt but the invoice number is faded so defy Will not repair the item with out the invoice number but store said they only keep it on for 6 mouths

Tree Cutting
I had a problem with a tree in my property and gave outsurance a call and sent a tree Cutting company by the name of Schroder tree fellers and came to my property and booked it in for the next day and outsurance paid for the first hour and i just got the 2nd hour thanks u outsurance and Cinderella
