So i did an application in Oct to see what i would qualify for at Auto Pedigree in N1 City, the deal they had to offer was going to over indebt me and i cancelled the application. 2months later i receive a notice from Kynsa with a picture of the vehicle indicating that i have 2 fines to pay which occurred 13th Dec 25 Mind you i never owned a car neither paid for a car. I called the traffic department in Capetown and gave them the Number plate and they told me apparrantly this vehicle was in my name for 2months. I called auto pedigree spoke to Robert Hector (manager) and Byron Jonkers (salesman) and it was said it ill be resolved and reverted to the current owner. To date nothing i mailed the complaints team yesterday. Hannes Steenkamp responded via email and advised i can speak to Trisha Botha. Now no one has gotten back to me this is 1stly infringement of the POPI Act i did not give permission for my personal details to be exploited and neither owned that vehicle (for x2 months WOW)! Not only is this ******* and wrong they are going to negatively impact when i have to renew my license and im a new license owner, have it for nearly 2 years this year april. This is wrong i want this resolved ASAP!
Recently on 2 occasions i purchased Jungle pillow chocolate cereal for my son. last week Sunday and 3 weeks ago on a Sunday from Pic and Pay Mitchells Plain promenade Mall. On BOTH occasions the boxes had mice feces and whole bitten through the box and cereal packet. On x20 occasions that i tried calling them they did not answer. This is DISGUSTING and Pathetic!!!!!!!!! that place is fested with mice and there roof even has a whole in it and birds flying in the shop. I expect x2 refunds this is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very upset that Phakama is administering the discovery funeral plan. They double deducted a premium without my permission (which is against the PASA law) and now i get told it takes 6 days for someone to respond to the emails. So when will i get my refund then if it takes a whole 6 days for them to READ the email vs Refunding. This is daylight *******. Apart from this they didn't deduct in SEP i called in for a manual deduction to go off immediately. That was done. why still take 2 payments the following month! i get told by the consultant that is how there system works what utter nonsence is that?? i want my Money! i dont even want to know how there claims service is if this is already so pathetic!
On the 20th July I swiped my Cheque Account Card to make payment to my The Fix account in Canal walk as part of my instalment payment, I paid R1450 using my ID number. I only have 1 Acc with Foschini. I received calls and sms's from The Fix that they cannot locate payment, They required target details or a notice or payment but they don't provide that now i had to lodge a charge back dispute which i was told will take 3 weeks for payment to only be reversed back and then i have to make a payment back to Foschini what the heck is this back and forth merri go round business!!! i made a cash payment using my card not an EFT made the same method of pyment twice thereafter 27th and 31st July and those werent an issue!
I have a revolving loan for nearly 9 yrs wth Std bank. Always had a debit order going off the 20th. Suddenly when the migration frm naedo to Debi check took place they jst changed my debit date to 26th without My permission which is against the Pasa law. I had made several calls to fix it no1 told me my Do date was chnged I did a manual transfer of pymnt as advsd by There collections depart then thy go and request on the 26th this is Pategetic then we wana knw why our Bad debt book in SA is so high i want to knw who changed my DOdate and why???!!!
This was by far my 1st and Worst Uber experience Ever. Driver William accepts my request, texts me on the app 5sec later to ask if I'm leaving the area (1stly cant the drivers SEE where the client it heading to on the app?). Then he cancels the trip (why accept in the 1st place then). Uber deducts the funds ( which happened to be the last funds on my card as I was heading off to work this morning. Thinking they would reimburse the funds immediately as always and I request anther ride, then receive a message on the app insufficient funds!! So they deduct R112 and R8.50 from my account this morning at 07h36am It is now 11:22am and the funds are still not available, How UNSAFE is this, imagine I was not home and reliant on my last funds to take me safe home and this happens this is PATHETIC and I want answers!!!!
WORST FIRST APP ORDER EXPERIENCE EVER!! ordered at 17.13pm 05.04.2021 its 19.33pm still flippen waiting. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL WORST SERVICE EVER
My account was with Symington de Kock for collection. I paid them on the 19th Feb 2021 i ha e proof. They FAILED to notify me that my account was going to be handed over to a new agency and promised in January that the money will be transfered to the new agency today i get an email from the new agency no payment has been received i want this issue resolved they are pathetic.. I send an email to Muller at Symington to get an email response he no longer works there. WHAT THE HELL!!!
I need to understand why when its Loadshedding the mtn network is completely down cant access sms cant make calls or receive any. This is unacceptable and never used to be like this, what if one is stranded and you cant even access uber or anything no other network is like ths
So I've been a loyal Mr price customer for over 10 year+. I've had the worst online order experience ever! placed an order on 23rd Feb 21 and another order the 24th Feb 21. The 2nd order was received last week. The 1st order which ends with 62519 has since not been delivered. I've made 4 phone calls was told they dont know why it has been at the depo since the 3rd March and that Berlin will have the order delivered 9th March. Today nothing to date. This service is pathetic but the credit was easily taken when I placed the order. chatted to Samantha on whatsapp who i think is a dam chat bot no help whatsoever i want this resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
