Violating the Popia act, Gladys called, would not inform me where they got my number but from a "client". I am on the national opt out database, I have never provided them with my contact number or given consent for them to call me. I am going to lodge a complaint with the NCR , I suggest all people do the same. Sound more like ****mer than anything else!
The measure that this "scheme" will go to not pay accounts is second to none. From the Principal Officer down to the call centre there is a avoidance of any responsibility (Not that there is even a reply). The patient in question has been with Profmed Medical "scheme" for over 20 years, now that she actually needs care, they blatantly disregard the accounts of the Doctors who so diligently are caring for the patient.
Purchased a product on 27th September 2025. Product arrived and today when I took it out the box (it's still sealed), decided to take the sticker randomly placed on the bottle ( weirdly not on the box), it stated it expired almost 6 months ago. The ********* part was the sticker placed to cover this!!
Constant harassing calls from Catrack, you block a number they call with cell numbers anything to get through. I am on the Nation Opt out database and NEVER opt in on ANY marketing from any provider. They can not advise where the got my number from, but keep on calling. Judging by the reviews, they just want to hook you and never allow you to cancel or stop their debits for their rather mediocre "service"
In the past had satisfactory service. Placed an order on the 28th August 2025, Friday morning 29th August 2025 get a sms (at 06h20) that they will deliver 29/08/2025 between 08h00-20h00 . Wasted my whole Friday afternoon waiting. Then Saturday comes nothing again. ??Used their "whatsapp" chat, they stated there is a delay with the courier picking up the items?? How if I received a delivery sms?? Called their contact centre who said they have escalated to the store. Well I'm not surprised to not have heard anything. I'm not going to be under "house arrest" because of the terrible communication.
"Pre-Approved" on Clearscore. Then app****, told to upload documents which I did, everything would be approved and paid within 24 hours as per their website/app. Now day 2 going on 3. Should have read the reviews on how pathetic their service is. I want to cancel the application but they force a Debicheck before the loan is approved. If you in a jam and need funds urgently, don't go to finchoice!
I opted for MobitaderSA because the risk of selling my PS5 privately was not worth the couple of extra rand I MIGHT have made. Hassle free experience. I got offered much more than anywhere else. The communication was quick and there were no nasty surprises with regard to the offer afterward, which was inline with the initial offer. I was almost honest about the condition which was immaculate.
I took out a FNB Connect Exclusive Device Offers (and being on Ebucks level 5) I am entitled of 40% back (up to R500) in Ebucks. I have two debit orders going off in Dec 2024 (R724) and Jan 2025 (R559) respectively, yet I have not been allocated by Ebucks relating to this deal. I did confirm and have the secure chat to prove that on the 17th December 2024 I confirmed that I would be allocated Ebucks for this deal. This was during the 14 day cooling off period, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act, and if I was not going to be allocated the Ebuck I would have cancelled as per my consumer rights
After purchases of almost R10k they now slowly increasing prices subtly delivery is taking longer than ever, all round disdain for "valued customers", rather pay more and support local!! SLOWAY is absolutely pathetic. People give Temu a bad wrap, but I this this company is bringing them down. Can not get hold of anyone! My parcel goes from being shipped between jnb depots on Saturday @ 14h00 to Monday morning awaiting customs clearance. This after it was cleared by Customs 3 days earlier! This is ALL on their website.
