Second time I got ******* instead than the item ordered. The packaging strip is not good and can easily come off (dry) but I suspect warehouse problem as I placed two different orders but the 4 items was bundled different than the orders (3 boxes, 1 item apart, another item apart and 2 items in same box (the cerial packet and something else from other order than the order with SSD)
Item ordered 29 MAY and advertised delivery times 7 - 14 business days but not received item yet. In fact only got "order confirmed" at courier side on 16 June so I for one will never order from Dealhub again
I only have complaints here over years and this is my first compliments for a business so it says a lot. Wow, Impressed with Geewiz. All in one day 1) Phoned me but I am deaf so speak with my daughter, then emailed me and explain that item ordered not so good and suggest something better 2) I declined so they said will refund for that item 3) Other item already at courier and perhaps deliver it tomorrow 4) amount for other item just now back in bank account (and different staff kept me updated all the way via email) Definitively going to switch from others like Takealot etc to Geewiz from now on
Takealot (Mr D Foods) drivers the worse I ever experienced 1) first said cant find the place even while there is HUGE telkom tower right next door (and mentioned on the address) and 2) nobody there, while I waited two f king days for them to deliver. I am going to press Takealot's CEO to switch to other courier company
Takealot order #101206640 has been delayed because cant find the address and need to phone next day to verify. That is blatant lie as many couriers could find the address that even include "4km past Randgate, next to Telkom tower" where there is only one road stretching even 1 km or more from Randgate and with that huge tower direct next to the road you must be blind not to see it. Strange that will phone tomorrow to verify address, but yet the courier self not even phone or sms or whatsapp to ask for directions or whatever. Must say I was even more shocked when I discovered a private facebook group with over 30 000 members purely for "Takealot Complaints" and many of them also have problems with Takealot couriers
1) Convergex discriminates against hearing impaired customers and refuse to deliver unless if they by some miracle start hearing and talking. 2) Convergex LIED to one of their big clients and said the package will be delivered "today" but it was not. 3) The MANAGING DIRECTOR SA, Gavin Rutherford praise his staff for that and call delivery to a disabled person a "problem shipment"
Bought inverter from them and the first time it was tested, it dont work properly and total useless for the purpose. Took it back but the very rude staff said they dont care and many people tried to take them to court. They will test and repair and refuse a refund as per Customer Protection Act. As per the MANY complaints found online, they just dont answer emails or whatsapp messages and staff have a ***** the customer attitude when communicating issues with them
Beware of mi-link that defraud clients by terminate data 24 hours before their stated termination date. TILL 29 th dont means 1 second before 29 th, it means till and including 29th so midnight 29th, not midnight 28th xxGB TILL 29/03/2021 means juss that, till and including 29/03/2021 but they already terminate data on 28th midnight, which should be 29th midnight
I selected 3 domains to renew, got an invoice for the amount of R225 and then proceed to pay the invoice via VCS (Virtual Card Services).<br> <br> The connection somewhere dropped and the transaction was not completed but a few hours later [URL Removed] debit my card without my knowledge or approval with R150 and R285 after they added a R225 \redemption fee\". (R150 for two domains and R285 for the other domain)<br> <br> FACT of the matter is that I never gave permission for the deduction of R150 + R285 from my card and I regard that as theft and/or fraud to debit a client's account without his approval. I tried in vain to CLOSE our Standard Bank account but as today where the staff at Middelburg Mall was rude and even laught at me and refuse to close the account, it seems that Standard Bank refuse to close accounts and rather stole money on monthly base by adding more and more fees.<br> <br> This is now a PUBLIC STATEMENT that I refuse to pay one cent i fees for an account that I want to close but standard bank staff refuse to close. I destroyed the card and left it at the branch together with signed letter and took a photo of that and the staff member.<br> <br> Please also refer this to Mnr Joop Dekker at the CEO's office.
