Horrible service ordered and paid for my I, phone 15 on 25 November still nothing delivered no update on my account still says order created called in they said they Will escalate it emailed all I get is a sorry but nobody can help even find out what is going on the agent I spoke sounds like his not from South Africa. I'll never recommend use ever I want my phone it's paid for .
I opened up a credit card in May, debicheck was sent to my ABSA account. To my surprise I got a sms 2 days ago demanding payment no debit order took place I spoke to Keisha Anton who told me I need to transfer the funds. This mistake turns out not to be mine or my banks with double checking the debicheck I saw that Nedbank had the date as the 99th day of each month which isn't my fault I Just approved the notice without seeing the date. Now today I'm being called again despite Keisha fixing it to my salary date which is the 23rd of every month as per my application and the Nedbank app. I'm being called telling me I'm in arrears the account is behind not because I can't or won't pay it's your error if this negatively impacts my clean record I'll log a complaint much worse than this one
I app**** for a fusion premier account, but it's been a nightmare, u can't even speak to an agent u just get a automatic message asking u for I'd number once u enter it the call ends and that's that they requested statements I sent it but still nothing this is how FNB treats a new client no care in the world.nobody calls u bk even when u chat to someone.
Don't ever fit a heated shower Head if anything happens they don't replace or fix your heated head I've been stuck 2 weeks with no hot water in my shower. Everyday I message I'm told no stock yet they out fitting new heads for new unsuspecting clients who don't know they stuck with that head after it's fitted
I bought artificial grass online it got delivered 27.12.24, went into Ottery Makro to return it as it's the wrong grass, only to be told an outside company supplies it so I must do the return on the app which I did on 4 Jan 2025, I've laid 2 complaints as to date this grass was never collected yet feedback via email states it will be collected in 2 to 4 working day's we are on the 19th of January I bought from Makro Site who u get your merchandise from isnt my problem but I am now not being refunded as nobody is interested sort this out I'm a regular makro customer but it seems use don't care to lose customers
I ordered on 29 November my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday it never came I followed up the 4th and was told by an agent it's only due the 5th , it's the 6th and that order tracking has been saying out for delivery since the 4th I want this order today this is pathetic.
I ordered my item on 29 November I messaged 3 times I was told on the 4th that the courier company is within it's time to deliver and I have to wait till the 5th of December. The 5th came and went this item was a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone , I didn't receive the order I was told yesterday on the WhatsApp line when I followed up that with use that there is still time during the day yesterday for it to be delivered I never received it the order status has been saying out of delivery since the 4th it's the 6th I want this order delivered today this horrible service and I will not order again.
I contacted rcs on 1 November as I wasn't able to login to my app, agent sent me a link to do a selfie then said she couldn't help me sent it to ***** department and Said ill get feedback in 4 working day's , Nothing ever happened nobody called me or helped me, so on 19 November I call back again same thing happens, and once again nobody calls me nothing is a resolved and it's 1 December
Bad customer service, I paid up my account in September I queried with rainbow finance who deal with the accounts to date I am still waiting for my paid up letter. I have emailed customer service nobody has responded I need my paid up letter and the credit bureaus experian, transunion itc, vericredit all need to be updated. Since I took out the account I never once received a statement, I had to call in to get my balance
I get calls every month telling me to make payment arrangements on my account yet I'm ahead in my payment, I have a collection agency calling me every month for payment arrangements on an account that has a set debit order. I receive threatening sms,s. I request a settlement letters I get one amount from accounts department and a different amount from bears manager . I will never ever buy from ur store again this has been the worst experience ever, even settling the account was impossible because nobody knows what the amount be. I want the matter of this collections department sorted out. As I'm ahead with my payments and not behind I'm tired of thus
