Gave a madeup tracking number that does not exist with Fast way couriers
This is the worst experience of my life. Made an immediate payment this morning from Capitec to African Bank . The money is reflecting sent proof payment and uploaded it on the APP I am being told about a 48 hours turnaround for an immediate payment🥹 all the account details are correct. Worst experience ever I have never been stranded like this before.
I bough an iPhone 12 Pro on 24 August 2024 from cash crusaders. The device was defective on the 18th December 2024 as it refused to work whilst it was not on a charger. I have been going back to them weekly to check my phone as they booked it in for repairs. On the 13th January I demanded my money back if the phone was not fixed, they told me to wait for friday as the credit note needs to be approved. Now they are claiming the device has a crack told them they are point black lying. I have reported them to consumer and ombudsman. Stay far away from their iphones they are all defective I do not believe they are selling genuine iphones. To be honest I regret the day I signed up for a subscription with Rentoza. I am literally seating in my bed crying because I have no one else to blame but myself. I have been having back and forths with this company over a subscription that I cancelled and returned their asset back. I subscribed for a use of an apple watch it got damaged and I submitted a claim and paid the carefree amount. Once I received a replacement device I paid my subscription every month but they listed me as a defaulter for a subscription that I paid every month out of frustration I asked them to take their asset back and cancel the subscription but until this day I am still listed even after they updated my status on credit report it is still there 4months later. I want to buy a house it is still there.
If you can, please stay away from this company. I took out a subscription for an iPhone 13 in January 2023 for 12 months. My subscription should have ended in December and I could not buy out the device they allowed me continued use of the device in exchange for the monthly subscription. The phone was ****** after I continuously asked them to please track the device and provide me with its location they refused as they could remotely check for that detail. After paying the care free amount they informed me that I will not be getting a replacement device as the subscription ended. Fine, now a month later I am charged a subscription for the iphone again.
I am so exhausted honestly I am tired. I have been sent from pillar to post. I ordered a n iPhone and was offered a package that came with a router. When they delivered they only delivered a router without the sim card and the phone. called in about this and asked them to come and collect router as this was not what I initially ordered as they now claimed that I did not qualify for the phone. They collected the router but I am still being charged monthly and my account is currently sitting in arears for something that I did not receive or even use. This is affecting my life and livelihood as I am losing out on employment opportunities. Called in and I am being sent from pillar to post the stores can assist as they told me they dont assist with online sales.
Regret moving from First for Women to them. I never had this issue with First for Women. I had to follow up myself on my claim and they told me they rejected it because value of repair was less than my excess. Luckily for me I went to three panel beaters where I stayed to assess the damage. They quoted me more than what their own quote now tell me how is that possible. Money making scheme and I am cancelling them. I did not have all this additional excess at First for Women. I am so done with them
My smar****ch refuses to connect to my phone. Its only a month old and it has stopped connecting completely. I advice to not even bother buy it. Wasted my R800 for nothing

I was informed that my information has been sent to TransUnion to update my account as closed. However my account still has a balance of R1690 accross all four credit bureaus
