Very Poor service, don't take responsibility of a claim / or any claim
Worst Company ever! Watch out !!! If an UBER driver drives into you, they are not covered by any Insurance to repair your vehicle. They take no responsibility even if it is the UBER Drivers fault! I have camera footage, but still no one takes responsibility

a Driver reversed into my Vehicle on o1st March 2025 @13h00 infront of my complex. This driver was arrogant, refused to give me his insurance details. Uber is the only South African company uncontactable... No complains department to discuss this matter to them. I have the driver's registration number and copy of his drivers license.

After I've paid R580 every month without defaulting for 21 months, they request me to pay an additional R3,320 for the buy-out. Checkers Hyper Constantia Kloof Roodepoort. I left my trolly there without paying as I will not support them anymore! They advertise a Back Pack bag for R199 if you swipe your smart shopper card. When I got to the till - the price was R499 ... R300 more? I then ask the staff to check, they returned by saying; no it should be R499 cause I took it from the wring shelf. I then walked with the staff to the shelf, and found that they have removed all those bags from the shelf's and said that this is the last one? That is a lie - I insisted for them to assist with camera footage, but... they refused. Your smart Shopper experience are a problem in your stores as this wasn't the first time! But, I can ensure you to be the last time ever on card no: 9710084049372192 - because I will not use your stores anymore... I will go to PicknPay! The Manager on duty - an African Lady, just said "Sorry Ne'" You can cancel my smart shopper for what I care and go and check on it - the amount I swiped on previous purchases. You just lost a valued customers and sure some more - because I will not give you a good review to friends and family
I had a 100/100mb line for quite some time with Vox… On 21st October 2023 I requested an upgrade (NOT A CANCELLATION – RE-ACTIVATION OF SERVICES – AN UPGRADE) to 300/300mb. Never any assistance and after 18 working days you cut the 100/100mb line, leaving me without any connection on the 14th & 15th November. Vox did a new deal for the 300mb line - now charging me for both - the 100mb line + Pro-Rata for the 300mb line + a full month for the new 300mb line. Since end October 23 Vox have been promising to Credit my account for the incorrect double Charge. I've been phoning and emailing them since - with no joy. Every month Vox still take the debit from my bank. I've been a very loyal customer! Can not contact them as they transfer your call to non-active extensions every single time. No one comes back to me! Think I should just cancel my services with them and reverse my debit order
I'm placed under debt review... Was supposed to be removed when I completed my High Court sequstration order. Now two years, and still no one can assist me to remove it from my ITC ... been contacting them almost daily for weeks now, with no joy. All Debt Busters tells you ... that someone will come back to me???? Consultants are always not able to assist Don't use Debt Busters! They don't give service... can kick myself for even thinking to ask them to assist me
