Tendency of overcharging
Wimpy Somerset Mall have a tendency of overcharging customers. This happened twice this year to me. Don’t be ashamed taking out your calculator to calculate. Imagine being overcharged with a R100. After that they tell you they can’t refund you you must take something else instead.

Treated as a suspect
Clicks Grabouw if it is part of your policy to call the security to walk behind customers then you should apply it to everyone. When we entered the shop the lady who was standing by door she asked one of the ladies working there where the security guard was. I don’t understand when there were coloured and white people in the shop but they were not followed. Is there security guard only there to follow black people?

Bad service
Today we were at Pep Grabouw. My mother, brother , daughter and I. To avoid queuing long my mother stood at the queue whilst my brother and I were looking around and filling the basket with things we needed. When I got back to where my brother was standing waiting for me I saw the security guard instructing him to go out and my brother refused the security guard even wanted to grab my brother out. I said no he can’t do that because he is with me. When we left the shop he said that I can’t follow my own house rules there I must obey to the rules. I said what rules is that? He said my brother was on the phone and he didn’t know what he was doing on the phone in other words he didn’t trust my brother. He was very rude. So it’s Pep store’s policy for people not to use cellphones? So it’s Pep stores policy to assume that males are not to be trusted?

Maintenance
BP Grabouw must maintain their air pumps. Yesterday morning I was there to pump my tires. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the pump. When it’s my turn the pump acted up and caused a puncture on my tires I had to drive to town to have my tires pumped.

Unprofessional & Rude
Today I was at Fashion World in Bellville at the Middestad Mall. As we were approaching the tills, the lady named Thandokazi made bad remarks about us. She said, “Abasa phole.” I got to her till, and then I tried to make money transfers because I didn’t have enough funds in my account. She was so irritated. She went to the bathroom without even notifying us that she would be back quickly. That lady has no professionalism, especially for someone who works in a shop. Thandokazi has no respect for customers. Thanks to Asiphe, who then assisted us to pay. Such a friendly lady. Keep up the good work, Asiphe. God will bless you abundantly.

Expiring Medication
Yesterday I bought two packs of Histacon tablets and two packs of Ibunate. I used the Ibunate yesterday and this morning. When I check it now, I see the expiry date for the Ibunate tablets is 02/2025 on both packs. I am really concerned about this issue. How can GRABOUW PHARMACY AT SPAR sell medication that is expiring within a month? What about my health? When I called, they were hesitant about them selling that to me yesterday. They said that’s not the batch they have currently, yet I bought it from them yesterday. They are saying they don’t have that on their system. They are saying they can only exchange the unopened pack. So my health doesn’t matter.
