I had signed up online for fibre over 4 weeks ago. Nobody at afrihost contacted me or discussed the way forward with installation. I was then told by the man that put in the black box that afrihost will contact me with regard to a router and that I will not be charged or be able to use any router besides afrihost so I waited for afrihost to contact me. I then receive a email yesterday with an invoice stating im owing R538.43 for something I haven't used with no router, my account has been debited this morning for this amount without even informing me that the theres going to be a debit going off on this date. I want that amount reversed and the cancellation done immediately or I will be laying a formal complaint. I had to then request for a call back on the 3rd of September 2025 which a very unhelpful lady told me that I should have known to order the router separately and that I will now be charged R999 for cancelation for something I haven't even used she then says i have to pay the invoice because thats the contract but she also says i didnt take up the router soo how am i liable to pay for something without signing up for it or got any assistance from Afrihost. She then said someone from the accounts department will contact me yesterday which they did and the lady said i need to send an email in order for this to be rectified. I will not be charged for poor service from Afrihost. People will know that this company is charging people for not even using their data and the inefficient service rendered.
Worst experience ever. Stayed there for a weekend and the flat was infested with ****roaches. 100s of then walking on us even while we slept. In the bathrooms , bedrooms and kitchen. It was horrific we never slept at all. We had notified reception who advised that the manager will contact us however it's 2 weeks later and nobody got back to me. I have all the videos as proof
I had visited Makro Springfield Durban on the 5th of October 2024 to return an item a lady by the name of Kim Nozibele assisted me. She was by far the most unfriendly, slowest and unhelpful person. She made me get 3 different cards on top of that arguing with me as to what she told me to get instead of explaining to me what card she needed after me advising her I had a sick patient sitting in the sun outside she was literally dragging her feet. I will never go back to that store as I thought that was pathetic service.
I had purchased from the Midlands Mall branch in Pietermaritzburg. I had ordered a medium meal whereas my colleague ordered a small meal when I checked my order my portion of chips and burger size was actually smaller than the small meal yet i had paid extra for a medium meal. I had brought it to the workers attention they completely ignores me and said that's how it is. Burger King at Midlands mall is a complete ******* I would never recommend to anyone. Their staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. I even showed them the small meal compared to the medium and they still had the audacity to say that's the size of the meal. Really pathetic and false advertising you don't get what you paid for.
I had purchased a Defy Washing machine 8kg from Hirsch's in October 2022. I have been having endless problems with the machine. I have contacted Hirsch's several times in the last 6 months they just keep transferring me and cutting the call eventually they had sent two technicians who have done absolutely nothing and told me they are waiting for the warranty to expire because they will not replace the machine nor are they repairing it. Never again will I purchase a Defy appliance nor will I buy from Hirsch's because you can never get through to anyone nor did they help me to fix the machine

student No : 147434 I have submitted an assessment for Entrepreneurship and Small Businesses. i was failed due to the fact i did not explain correctly i then resubmitted and paid a fee of R250 only to be graded as failed again with the exact same marks even though it was a different assessment answer sheet and no clarity at all as to what was required for the assessment i even applied the tips that were given by the Lecturer and i still have no idea why i have failed. its just a money - making Scheme.
I had made an online purchase for a tv i then get an email from katlego nkadimeng saying there is a problem with my profile and if its not rectified in 2days a refund will be issued. I have been trying to get hold of her from yesterday no response i then phone incredible connection call center i spoke to kopolang who told me she cannot help me i can only get help from katlego for my order. Still waiting feedback. Really cheap and pathetic service after the iten is purchased
I am extremely disgusted with The service i had received from Vodacom i have been calling numerous times in regards to a contract that was canceled prematurely without my consent and i was debited an additional R397 from my account and for the last two weeks i have been phoning the call center and nobody had been getting back to me on how this is going to be reversed the number that was incorrectly canceled was 067 404 0253. To give notice to cancel this sim on the correct date i had to phone almost 6 times because the call agents kept telling me to call back then when i did get hold of someone they cancel the contract prematurely this is the second incident i have had a problem with Vodacom after having 3 contracts with you. The service is pathetic and i am still awaiting feedback on the reversal that was supposed to be made the last call i made the consultant told me she would email me a reference number for the query but till now nothing has been done.
I had downloaded the App and made my first purchase only then do i get the coupon to get a discount on my first delivery and i keep getting coupons on email and all is for my first delivery which i already made and at the time of my first purchase there was no coupon that is such a scam
