No receipt, order lost
I made an online purchase and I didn’t get a receipt. I have no idea where my order is. It’s taken money off my account but even on the app I can’t see my order.

Disgusting service! Don’t trust them
My Swan dishwasher broke within 6 months. It was collected and got damaged, dented and scratched when it returned (I have before and after pics) Never trust incredibly connect or the brand swan! It’s been 3 months now and we keep going around in circles! No one wants to take accountability!

Revolting food! No value for money!
Barcelos Ballito is a joke! I’ve complained so many times but unfortunately I kept going back! No more! This has now affected my relationship with Mr d! The food that arrived was incorrect and the burger was soggy! Waste of money!

Big salts and Trevor who is so rude
Hulu is the place to be!!! Mu complaint is about sal. At salt rock! ? Pease believe me, I would rather go anywhere if Trevor is there! So so obnoxious! Bad service! From the manager! Trevor! He could of been kinder! We won’t be back! I used to love going there

Rude employee at Ballito Store
Today I went into the Ballito store at The Junction to return a online purchase - The lady was returning my purchase and a employee Mr Chetty interrupted her and when I said something he started laughing behind my back! Totally rude! No respect! This child needs to go to some sort of Customer Care Training!

Bad service! Broken system
Order #112726763 Made a payment with credit and it money went off my bank account. No refund and debit orders are about to come off. Unacceptable. Plus a call Centre agent put the phone down in my ear when I’m so distressed. So horrible!!!!!
