False advertising
Adendorff is not a trustworthy company. In their catalog, it indicates that the compressor delivers 10.98 CFM at 8 Bar, but once purchased, the volume is only 8.8 CFM at 8 Bar. I needed to purchase 5 items from them and contacted my local dealership to verify stock availability. I was informed that one item was not in stock, but they would have stock the following week. The next week, I contacted them again to inquire if they had received the stock and was told they did not expect any stock and must do an online purchase. I proceeded with the online purchase and was quoted R2100.00 for a 70 km delivery. (To put it into perspective, to order a 10,000 bricks 120 km away, the delivery cost is R1400.) I changed my online order to collect the items at the local dealership and was informed the dealership had no stock.

Not up to standard
I ordered two items from Kloppers online. The response was quick and the one item was delivered within two days, but it was the wrong item. I called them, and the item was picked up the next day and replaced with the correct item two days later.

Incredible connection online is not worth the effort
Incredible connection online is not worth the effort, but the Vanderbijlpark branch deserve a 5 star rating for their service. I ordered two items online from them and within one day was informed to pick the items up from my Vanderbijlpark store. Only one item was available, and the other was at the Glen store (not my online choice). Vanderbijlpark store contacted the Glen store and requested they send the item to them. The next message I received was that the item was delivered. When contacting Vanderbijlpark store, they had to reorder the item and arrange for delivery.

AIG Travel Insurance ****
Travelers, be aware of AIG Travel Insurance ****. On their website they state: “A travel insurance plan from Travel Guard helps to protect your trip investment with coverages like trip cancellation and interruption, medical expense and evacuation, lost or delayed baggage and more. Don’t worry about your vacation we got you covered.” Until you file a claim, then suddenly there are rules that were not included in the contract or documents received. I expect to receive the same generic response from them for giving them a bad review

Not recommended
This is the 3rd time I ordered from them, and their delivery time is between 5 and 8 working days, always waiting for a 3rd party to supply. My last order, the cameras supp**** were not even the same part number or as the images on their website. The ones I received were cheaper than the ones I ordered, and on top of it all, one camera got stuck in night vision after a day.

Appointments at DHA
Made an online appointment at DHA Vanderbijlpark. Arriving for the appointment you are treated the same way as someone walking in off the street. Get a number and sitting waiting in a queue.

No Reliability at all
Stay away from this company and do not order anything from them. They are only a go between South Africa and China. They place an order in China the moment they receive payment and you are lucky if you get anything.

Poor network
Poor network reception. Test Rain before signing contract and got 15 Mbps Upload. Signed contract and the network went down to 2 Mbps and a week later 2 Kbps. Complained about it and the say they will investigate. Nothing happened and had to canceled the contract within 21 days only to find out that even with the signed up fee of R479 at the 13th of April I get billed till the end of April R271.43 and also must paid for June.

Scammers
Stay away from this online company. I order my item 2 months ago and only received a USA tracing number after a lot of hazel. Then everything stops. They keep on sending the same messages that they will respond in 48 hours but nothing happens.
