I have had a very bad experience at the Airbnb we were stayed at . We arrived at the home , everything was fine . We booked this place because it was dog friendly . Upon arrival everything was fine ... in about 30min my small dog moved under the highly raised kitchenet , where I discovered rat poison in the open . I had to rush to emergency vet to pump his stomach . It cost R800 to save my dogs life ! How can a host put rat poison in the open without being covered ? We paid R800 for accomodation + R800 for the emergency vet . I also did not sleep the whole night , as I needed to watch my dog every 20 minutes ! How is this acceptable ?

Very bad ***** / **** help desk ! I have given all the info and the proof of ***** / **** ... but Capitec insists that you need to wait 30 days to reopen your case ? Excuse me ??? And how will they be able to return funds after 30 days ?? Its a big joke
I have received/payed for a deluxe kolinsky brush ... after only 2 uses you can see the low quality , I have bought shein brushes with beter quality . Also the customer service is very bad ... waiting over a week for a reply from them
I am really so upset .... I can not find any person to help me ! Buffalo has changed my address for the 4th parcel now ! My address is correct on shein .... but now my parcels delivery is wrong and nobody can help me !!!!!! I really need assistance !!! I really need this to be corrected !!!!!!!!
I wish I could give - 2 stars ! Vodacoms customer service is the ****piest ! I have never in my life came across a service provider with this bad service ! We have 3 contracts with Vodacom ... and we are struggling to open up a additional business account ??? Why the **** is this such a problem to get help from you ????
I am very disappointed , I want my money back ! As there was not stock but the request payment and stocl shows ! I just made another purchase to cover the item they did not have , because I know you are going to refund me the prev order that was cancelled on your side !!! I want my money , I do not want a takealot credit !!!!!

I am very upset with the service ! I need a refund for goods that was sent wrong and damaged ! I need to call every 2 days to find out what is going on .... the service is really bad and its takes forever to get your money back ! The worst service ! We have been offline for 2 weeks now ! Everytime someone at Telkom closes the jobcard and states the job is done !!! What the even ??? Nobody called or attended to the issue .... 2 weeks ! How much business should one loose before getting assisted for a service you pay for ?
