It’s not everyday you’re met with efficient customer service. Dylan was on the ball. From first contact to an active policy in 2 days. Questions answered in detail and ultimately a good premium with added benefits. Value for money with great service. So far so good..
It’s definitely not same day service. Not even following day. I cancelled the booking and now they won’t refund me. They won’t even reply WhatsApp’s or emails. Will have to get it back the long way

You could not deliver within the 21 days stipulated. Now I have emailed and called your centre to cancel my order and issue my refund. That’s all. Just Cancel my order! Don’t escalate for cancellation. Just cancel immediately and refund me
Purchased an iPhone on the 4/10/2023. Delivery was set to within 21 days. I’m at day 22 now and no updates from the complaint I lodged. Just some generic response from a consult via email then dead silence. R30k gone and still not device. What does it take to get an actual update?
Booked a 3 night promo. Ts & Cs were it’s a “select menu”. I try order dinner on the first night and the restaurant manager says “I have to eat from the restaurant - can’t order room service and there’s no such thing as a select menu” WHAT?? I then disagree with him over that. He calls back and says I should order over R500 and he’ll deduct R500 from the total “as a favour” Next day when I’m ordering he tells me that I actually can order room service AND that a select menu actually exists. Management just hadn’t informed him. 5 star? Mmm It’s clean and the rest of the staff is nice
Been over 2 weeks now. You have to constantly call in only to be **** to over and over again. Emails get no replies. “Handlers” are in meetings so that can’t escalate. Claim is approved but been waiting on the excess mail for over 4 days - something they keep saying will arrive in 24-48 hrs. Appaling customer service
Same delay withdrawal tactics used by Betway. After winning R230k they requested, a selfie ID (twice provided) and statements reflecting the deposits - which I provided. If you’re reading this, you’re probably fed up so you’ve officially been warned. I have engaged the Gambling board. I know this work when these chaps use delay tactics.
They don’t respond to emails. At all. You get automated replies. Been weeks now and no one has gotten back to me.I requested a credit card rate review and it’s been radio silence. Their social media channels are just as useless. Time to cut ties with this bank. Credit card dept is obviously non existent.
Going on 5 days now. 3 attempts to withdraw. Being played like a fool. On signup I was “automatically FICA’d” as their own website puts it. Deposits take milliseconds. Then I played and won. Time to withdraw? Now they suddenly want a thousand FICA documents - which I sent. Via email and uploaded on the app. Then I received smses “Your withdrawal has been reversed to your Betway account as per your request. Have a great day” “Your withdrawal has been reversed due to incorrect banking details.” Banking details are correct and I didn’t not request a reversal. Banking confirmation letter matches what I filled in the withdrawal form. ID was supplied. Statements were supplied showing deposited amounts. Live chat agents are not helpful at all. Twitter correspondence will equally toy with you. They will “it takes 24-72hrs” you to death. I am on attempt #3 now. Sms said funds would reject witching 24hrs. If you’re reading this, you’re probably fed up so you’ve officially been warned. GIVE ME MY MONEY!
