My wife bought a XUV 3X0. Was very happy with the car until she took it for the 10 000 service. Software was apparently updated but since then she has a problem with making and receiving calls. Took car back for the 6th time since September 2025, and hearing stories every time. Glove compartment is now broken and dealership claims that it is not under warranty, although car is still under warranty. Will never recommend any one to buy a Mahindra, especially from Silverton dealership
Low rating. The sales manager seems to be helpfull, but nothing is happening. My wife bought a silver Mahindra XUV700 and cartrack was installed as partof the deal. She sold the car to BB Nissan Silverton, and bought a Mahindra XU3. Again catrack was installed as part of the deal. BB Nissan Silverton never cancelled cartrack for the XUV700, for whuch my wife is still paying for. Cartrack indicated that the dealership wad supposed to cancel cartrack, whereas the dealership indicated that it was her responsability. Noone ever informed her about this. Neither cartrack or the dealership want to assist.
Should give 0 rating. My wife bought a car from Mahindra Silverton. Cartrack was installed as part of the deal. She sold the car to Mahindra Silverton and bought a new car from the dealershio. Again, cartrack was installed as part of the deal. Mahindra Silverton did not cancel the first deal with cartrack. My wife is trying now for more than two weeks to cancel the first deal, but cartrack customer service indicated that Mahindra must cancel it. She tried to work trhough Mahindra Silverton and was promised that it was cancelled. This has not been done and if you tryto call Cartrack, the phone isveither ringing forever, or you are put on hold and cut off after a few minutes. She is paying for a car that is not on her name anymore and Cartrack is not willing to assist.
Trying to get into my cartrack app. No one is able or willing to assist. Sending emails, whatsapp ans messages without any feedback. Called them twice and the operators could not assist.
I asked for a prescription for my wife. I was informed that they will forward the prescription. I had to pay for the consultation. The prescription was not what we asked for as any one could buy the so called prescribed medication over the counter. The clinic agreed to refund the consultation fee. I am waiting since March for the refund. If you call them, they keep saying that it will be paid soon, but nothing as yet.
This business does not deserve even one star!! Worst service ever!! Not delivering on there promises. Ordered a fridge and paid for it. Was promised that it will be delivered on the same day. Was just informed that delivery cannot be done before Wednesday.
Bad bad service. Trying to get DStV to solve the error code, but they cannot solve it. Trying numerous times to dolve it. DStV keeps kicking me out of the chat. Why do I pay for a service thag I do not get?
I took my wedding ring to be fixed. They worked on the clamps holding the stone. The stone fell out just after I received my ring back from them and was lost. I took it back and was informed that they will fix the clamps, but I need to pay for the stone. The stone was lost after they worked on the clamps and I strongly feel that they must take responsibility to replace the stone.
I made a virtual appountment for 14 May 2023 at 09:00 withe Dr Bergh at Intercare Silverlakes. The appointment was confirmed via sms and emai. I joined the virtual room at 08:55. At 09:15 I called the practice to be informed that I will be attended too. Still no one at 9:30. Is this a service?! I myst express my deepest disappointment wit this practice.
I do not know how DSV road or couriers can still be in operations. They just do not deliver!! I am waiting for a parcel from ABSA. I got a message from ABSA the DSV couriers cannot get hold of me. When calling DSV couriers, they indicated that I MUST call from the number that they have on their system, or they cannot help me. Now I need to wait again for someone to call me - and no one knows when. I cannot always take calls during working hours.
