I have had an excellent experience with The Mattress People. They had the best deal on my new Rest Assured mattress by far. The online order was a simple process and every time I called, the store was helpful and informative. I requested the delivery for a specific date and they delivered exactly as requested. Big ups, thank you!
I recently used Courierit as part of a PostNet2PostNet order. They worked very quickly from the day it was received. I received the order at the earliest possible date and was happy with the customer service and the detailed portal to track the parcel
Our contract has been breached in serval ways. The customer service we've received is beyond dismal - I've been asked to explain these issues to a 4th person now which I can only describe as a delay tactic. No apologies either or care in responding "quickly and efficiently" as they should. In summary: - They failed the resident (by not helping his access the complex and lying about him being find when in reality he had to wait outside the complex for over 3 hours during the night) which was investigated, admitted to and remedied on their side, however, - The response time in the last has been extremely worrying - The armed response has no access to the property in times of need when the gate isn't working - I have been told the best way to communicate is via their very slow email address which has gotten us no where - and be sure to get a ticket otherwise they don't count it! - Had a meeting in which they tried to re-sell the product instead of dealing with the issues and were incredible defensive throughout - Struggled for over a month getting a copy of the contract - There was the gate being knocked and opening and closing non-stop incident which was not picked up and therefore not responded to in real-time, the Whatsapp chat, or Nov report which they've delayed investigating and still have no answers - I was called about it last week Thursday and today they said they still 'need time' - Our body corporate confirmed they have not received any monthly reports from them during the duration of this contract - They tried to charge us for maintenance of the cameras which is clearly stated in the contract that it is covered by them - and we pay for this monthly as well as an extra cost - The November report was not updated when shared with us and still has yet to be updated - we've had to get additional guards at our expense due to feeling unsafe and this system failing us
We asked for a delay in renewing our contract with Whitfields due to several issues that were picked up and not being ready to make the decision as trustees. This was ignored and when we gave notice exactly one day later, they turned around and said it wasn’t valid as we asked them to hand over to the newly elected management, We are now being held against our will and due to this technicality. They said we can have a special resolution meeting to cancel - if it is arranged via “REGISTERED” mail which costs almost R50 per envelope. We’ve submitted docs to CSOS which we’re waiting on now. A really petty and unnecessary experience. They overcharge for water, charge the highest possible rate for electricity and charge a fortune for their fees which is well above market range with nothing to show for it. Oh, and don’t expect range of quotes either. Slow turnaround times when you request them which puts everyone else in in the complex waiting when issues arise. There have been mistakes made int he management accounts as well, and no due diligence in cancelling a debit order which we’re still trying to recover right now. No real management or service. No arranging of trustee meetings or handy app or anything - just a super slow website. Even when I moved in, I had to go around contacting multiple people before I got the levy statement already 2 months later. Pathetic & disappointing to say the least. Can’t wait to close this chapter.
I have ordered online multiple times and received excellent service each time. They really do offer real luxury for less. The delivery is super quick and friendly as well. This has easily become my go-to anytime I need linen or other home goodies. Thank you so much - highly recommended.
I would never recommend Webafrica to anyone. Speed issues along with the most infuriating Whatsapp support line (which is the only way to communicate with them). I've honestly lost countless hours trying to sort issues with a refund, billing issues, my internet being down and even cancellation! Ridiculous and expensive. Do not waste your time.
A big thank you to Incredible Connection. Their online-only special was a great deal and it was sent to the courier less than 24 hours after the order being placed. Kudos to the marketing teams for the great emails about the order status that keep you really excited about receiving the delivery. Thank you! 5-star experience. I wish they had a Google Business Profile so I could have left this review there.

Really happy with my car, it was a great find. Gerhard was really dedicated and excited for me. It’s great that they offer a warranty too. My car was delivered to me with a big red bow which was a really nice touch too.
