I just completed my appointment at Gary Rom Castle Gate Ladies Salon for a hair and beard cut, as well as coloring. The service I received from Cindy and Nika was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt special with the welcome note by my chair added to this feeling. Their attention and explanation of the process was excellent. Cindy and Nika worked as a well-oiled team and the results were outstanding. This is the best hairdressing salon I have ever been to, including all the countries I have travelled to or lived in. Very well done and you will certainly see me again.
Early August I travelled from South Africa to Auckland on Qatar Airways, on arrival in Auckland my one very large suitcase was missing, now 18 days later Qatar Airways with all their sophisticated systems are unable to locate the suitcase It really amazing that with all the super sophisticated systems that they have an entire large suitcase can disappear and after 18 days no trace really makes you think !!!! Still waiting for the first reimbur*****t from Qatar Airways its taken 10 days so far and still waiting Amazing how slow they can be when payments have to be made ????
I travelled from JHB to Auckland in early August, as I am a Standard Bank Platinum Credit Card holder I get automatic cover from Bryte. My one suitcase has going missing on my Qatar airways flight, now in trying to reach out and contact Bryte from Auckland seems to be impossible as they dont respond to emails, but I am sure if this was a sale they would respond super quick like they normally do
Mystery of missing baggage on flight QR 920 & very bad service I travelled from South Africa via Doha to Auckland New Zealand on the 8th August and arrived in Auckland on the 10th August. On arrival in Auckland I discovered that one of my suitcases had gone missing, I reported it to the Lost luggage tracking group(akl.baggagetracing@menziesaviation.com), they are utterly useless and I struggle to get them on the phone or a response to me emails, musty have phone about 20 times and same number of emails. At time of writing I logged lost baggage claim with Qatar airways as well and wait for their feedback. Its now 5 days and nobody seems to know where my bag is, just imagine this ? in this day and age
I have had my account with Marriot for over 3 years and am a Platinum Elite member and all I want to do is update my email address so that I can use my points and after hours on the phone to their call center and many emails, they cannot solve my email address. Thier support is absolutely pathetic, so beware when accumulating points
Well on my way to Johannesburg today my car started to play up and last power, and could hardly make it up a slight incline, well I made to Kyalami Corner. Once there I called OUTsurance around 10.00am and explained my problem. Within under 10 minutes they had a recovery vehicle on its way to me and arrived at 10.30 and loaded up my car and was on his way to drop the car off. During all of this was constant contact with me from OUTsurance and the recovery vehicle driver. Car was delivered home just after 11.00am Now my expectation was hours of waiting and then getting my car home, in fact I had written the entire day off to resolving this problem. OUTsurance you have really exceeded all my expectations, well done to all of your staff that assisted, this is outstanding services.
WIth my ex wife passing away in August 2023, my daughter whose phone was linked to her account has tried for 2 months to get her phone sorted out and Vodacom dont respond or dont read the emails and even the stores are clueless Its a very poor show
I worked with Jodie Johnson for a Police Clearance Certificate 2 weeks back, what I had envisaged, as a painful and exhausting experience turned into a simple well managed and executed process by Jodie, she was absolutely fantastic with her feedback and follow up, and communication was outstanding, and the entire process was successfully completed in under a week. I highly recommend Jodie and Visa Logistics.
In March i requested a downgrade, needless to say no response, so eventually after many emails, and a warning that due to no response from Supersonic I will stop my monthly payments. Still no response so payments have been stopped for last 3 months and still no correspondence
One month later and no credible feedback from DSTV/ Multichoice on them sharing my data, I guess they dont really care about your personal data, or customer satisfaction or feedback.
