Im so dissappear with how they handle their customers. The aluminum window i bought did not have the handle another thing i paid for 40 cements and they gave me 35 cements

I bought a fridge at MFA appliances the brand is from Defy i complained on Friday 28 February 2025 defy hasn't contacted me or try to fix the fridge i bought ,all my meat was rotten i had to throw it away im disappointed and angry

Defy fridge
I bought a defy fridge at MFA Springfield on Wednesday,i traveled to my work place on Thursday i arrived at 10h00 Thursday. i plugged it on Friday morning before going to work when i came back from work at 2h00 the fridge was warm the top part the freezer is little cold and all my meat was rotten i had to throw it away. I've been calling the shop they not helping me at all the fridge was R5000. Im angry they dont care at all.

Im so disappointed with Bawas furniture in Durban opposite home affairs branch i went there last week to check prices the fridge i was looking for it was R4400 on facebook and online i called them yesterday 25 February 2025 they said they do have stock today 26 February the price is no longer R4400 and they said they dont have stock the misleading us i will never recommend this store.

Beds to go and their poor service
When you buy Beds with the store Beds 2 go please take time and check their Beds i did a laybye with them it was a single Bed and Double Bed when i get home i removed the plastic to put the mattress protector that when i saw that the single Bed was faulty, i went to the Branch more than four times they didn't help me and im tired of fighting them. Please check before taking anything home.

I am currently building and I've been supporting bassas Hardware for quite some time now last week 17 February i bought material with electricity cables 50m and 20m the delivery guys sent 20mx2 i went to bassas and showed them the picture of what was delivered they told me they still haven't had the time to check the cameras i need my refund it been almost a week now i need to buy more material.
