Rude store assistant
Lady who was working at the ladies section today 06/08/2025 around 13H30 has no respect for customers she was busy with her phone while i waited for her to finish ,when she was done with the fiirst call she was on another while i was standing there next to her waiting to be assisted,i had to ask if she can help me,from there i asked about laybye services she told me they only deal with people who swipe cash for purchases she was so rude ,working with customers ,customer service training needs to be given to her

Music just too loud
Great food ,great service but if you could lower your music it was too loud that we couldnt even hear each other whilespeaking ,it gives a bar, club feeling not a family restaurant if you could please lower your music

Request for refund
Mtn business can you please pay back my refund ,i have been transfered from one department to another for the past 3mnths am really fed up now ,please pay my money back my referance is BO0003163 i settled my account and paid more than was required as your first consultant i spoke to gave me that amount ,after review it was found that i paid extra and a certain amount was to be paid back to my acc proof of payments where requested of which i did send through from there i have been sent from one department to another

Bad credit collectors
your credit collectors really annoy they call you and make you make an arrangement ,there after different people will be calling each and every hour ,whats the point i have acknowledged and made an arrangement collectors should be at least conntacting people every month,its not even that im not paying the issue is i had done the 6mnths payment but due to unforeseen circumstances have to pay for at least 8mnths just add interest and leave alone.

Registered my child to do matric online ,so he said hes not able to study online we had to find a college for to attend .Sent them email requesting cancellation ,no response called them numerous times even spoke to their manager a guy by the name Emilio he promised to do a follow up and come back but he didnt .Now im listed as if i took a loan from them, my child did not even log onto their online platfoam for Two weeks and i had already paid registration and fees for that month of which he only attended for a week .These people are ****MERS be careful and am not going to pay them a cent if it means we meet in court so be it.They dont respond to emails you call them they send you from pillar to post
