I am specifically writing a review for the SuperSpar at The Paddocks Centre in Milnerton. I am very happy and pleased with all their recent improvements, especially their speedy cashier help and checkouts.
I would like my available limit to be rescored after improving my credit score after a few years. I tried reaching out to them on their "support bot" and also emailed them, but no real assistance. It has already been about 2 weeks or so.
I have an account that has been closed for some time, but have not been closed on Experian. I logged a dispute and waited for 20 business days, but got no response. I tried to contact them, but all their phone lines just go to a queue.
Customer Services are terrible. I was billed incorrectly for a Black Friday special and would like to see it corrected but responses are terrible. Their WhatsApp chat bot is useless.
Great store, but their returns are unreliable and annoying. I bought a product at Makro Montague Gardens but after a month, it was defective. I took it back to their Returns and they told me it would take 1 business day. Unfortunately, it has been three days. I am phoning them (0215506300) but no one answers.
Do not rely on big business car mechanics! After having a horrible experience at Car Care Clinic Tableview, I was hopeful that Car Service City Montague Gardens would be more trustworthy and reliable, but that was not the case. I took the car in, they did all their paperwork and inspections and I was real impressed. I left and I started waiting. I was phoned with a quote and I agreed to have some components fixed. Afterwards, I had to call a few times to get an update since they did not keep me posted. It took unnecessarily long to fix the parts that they did. I paid excessively much for the parts that were fixed, but I thought it was because they spend their time fixing everything properly. I drove home and quickly realised that the issues I had, was still there. Disappointing. Weeks later, I got a mechanic to come inspect my car and to see what the real damage was. We picked up that a pipe that they 'fixed' was torn and perished, among some other things that no one picked up.
Wow. This is the second time that I am running into issues with Vox. I signed up to get another FTTH line installed and I have been trying to get ahold of someone to provide me with some answers and dates, but it is all in vail. Why am I still considering using Vox.
I took my car for a major service and to get a water leak checked out at Car Care Clinic Table View, which got sort of fixed. I also got a list of other things that will need to be done on the car. About two weeks later, while I drove the temperature gauge was in the red. I took it back the next day to be fixed which they said they did. After driving home again, it started leaking again. I took it back again and got a new quote of things that needs to be replaced at the same price EXCEPT for the labour. The price per unit for labour went from around R520 to R690, which does not make sense. The mechanic also shouted at me when I wanted to enquire about what was done on the car, so that I can come a fetch the car. Very unprofessional.
I would not recommend anyone to use this service in case you want your package to be delivered in time. My package needed to be delivered in Cape Town from Bloemfontein which I sent on the 28 September but only got the SMS on the 12th that it was ready to be collected.
I want to use their services, but I can't even get access to a card. Neither the Spar near me (at Paddocks) nor the bus stop @Racecourse has. Suggestions: maybe if more shops and stops has cards at hand, more people could use the services.
