i bought a men's suit from Myrunway, the description said polo slimfit suit, what i received was a custom fit suit, i returned the order. When I initially made the return i chose to be return it as per the initial method of payment used. they decided to put the money on my runway credit , now my money is held up and i do not have my sons suit for his event, i sent several emails for them to please pay the credit to my back , no one responded. what kid of service is this.
on friday i ordered groceries on their ASAP app, i got a notification that they busy with the order, then the driver is on his way, last notification order delivered, usually the driver will call to say he is at the gate i did not get a phone call only a message that says delivered, i immediately log a complaint on their app. i got message that says they need to investigate . i still have not received any comms from them , i do not have my order and my money is held at pick n pay.
The service I received from them and their how customer.care department is a hassle they close tickets without investigating customer queries. I logged 5 for the same issue but none were resolved
My parcel was created by the sender on 25th of April , I am still waiting for it to be delivered. No communication, their watsapp number takes a hours b4 you can chat with the agent . Today is the 6th of May my parcel on processing .their SLA agreement is 24 -72 hours . Question is ....that their vision? Not SLA
Today I got a call from 1 FNB consultant who offered to upgrade my account to fusion premiere with less monthly fees of R240 instead of my current R260 . The consultant told me tht this offer comes with a credit facility that charges only if u use it To my suprised i was charged R53 today on 31 Jan .as a monthly fee.. clearly this is false advertising, I then requested a copy of a recording I was told to go to the branch.

I am a prepaid customer, I pay a subscription fee of R399 monthly. Yesterday when I went to sadv vumatel portal it stated that I pay R346 , I then watsap the business to find out why . Tracy responded who said it is an amount minus tax , I then asked her to sent a statement and even said with every other payment I make it reflects the full amount paid then shows a tax split. If it's tax how many percentage she couldn't say. When i calculate at current tax rate it did not add up.
I purchased goods online MAK 7299603 . The Wumdrop team called to confirm the delivery on 08/08/2024, the delivery took place only on the 9th. i sent the driver my location an informed him I'm. knocking off at 17H00. The driver confirmed his arrival however when i went to fetch my delivery he was not there . i email their customer care to cancel the order up to this day nothing has happened
I spoke to Bonolo Magagula, sterling service , very warm , polite , professional, competent very analytical. I could swear he was reading my mind. He dropped my excesses by a sizeable amount, My premium and all offering remain the same even added a benefit were if I am unable to drive I can call a driver. Added benefits. Today the 25th I had an appointment at this studio. When i arrived , told the assistant my appointment was at 14H30, she looked surprised n did know how to respond , she believed when i showed her the watsapp convo to confirm, what I saying . My wasted petrol , 1st experience n interaction was horrible. After she spoke to whoever on the phone she then said sorry the consultant had to attend to an emergency. In the professional world they would have called me n request to postpone my appointment due to whatever. The cherry on top was when I was leaving driving out , the gate written no exit , itried calling the receptionist who was at the desk I dialled 3 times no 1 picked up the phone. I had to get off the car go in . NEVER AGAIN
