The after sales service was amazing. I got a reply within the hour. One of the bottles was wrong which can happen, but what impressed me the most is the service afterwards when something was wrong. Most places are quick to sell, but not fix the problem. I would recommend Scentimental anytime and their products are great.
They have item's you can't get from Checker's or Pick n Pay and their service is excellent. I would recommend them anyday
My customers laptop has been with Partserve about 4 months and we have still not got it back. It's constantly excuses. I have only received feedback once otherwise I need to constantly call. The feedback and service I have received is nothing short of pathetic. My customer paid the money for the laptop to get fixed and like I said still nothing.
Booked M Fest tickets and did instant EFT which was over R7500 for two tickets. Money taken off account but tickets not on my account. I sent support tickets with no feedback. This is ridiculous. Contact number wasn't working when called. My account shows tickets cancelled for non payment.
Even if you have paid they will still cut you off and won't reconnect you four hours and sometimes even days causing you to loose business. Don't waste your time with Afrihost. Use anyone else, even if it costs more.
We have had many problems with Rain for service. There is no number to contact them on. We have been waiting for a PUK number to unblock a sim for more than a month. Our ref: 5698915 doesn't get attended to and all they keep wanting to do is close it. The service from Rain is pathetic. We have been billed for 2 months for a sim card that we cannot use. It took over a month to try rectify an activation issue as it was originally not activated yet we were billed.
Absolutely disgusting service. I have logged numerous calls with Rain as a 4G service I paid for has never been activated but I am getting billed and a 5G service I have with them is no longer working. They don't respond or if they do say they have a backlog. This has been happening now for 2 weeks and still nothing. What a useless company.
This store is pathetic. I placed an order for a toner they said they had stock of. I payed the money and now over a month later still nothing. I have sent tickets asking for a refund or even an update. I have called them so called shop many times only to never have my call answered, either this is a scam or a badly run business
This company is a scam. We have Huawei phones and watches, which I will never purchase another Huawei device again. I had 2 upgrades due which I started the process for 2 new Huawei phones, which I have now cancelled and decided to rather get Samsung They have a Black Friday deal and flash sales which you could not buy from. You could not enter your address in the suburb tab. Wasted an hour with their ****. The last deal for R4999 said it was in my cart and started checkout but wouldn't let me purchase it. The flash sales didn't update. Kept saying products available but when trying to purchase, said no stock. This seemed like a marketing load of rubbish to get people to the site and social media channels. Huawei has lost my business for life, both for personal and company.
I was sent an email on the 16th October sayin that to avoid loosing points please bank you weeks as soon as possible. I then the same day asked Robyn to please bank my week in November and check that my other week had already been banked. She did this and once a statement was sent to me showing that I had lost 40% of the points, I tried calling and left messages but no one returned the calls. I then sent emails about it and was told because I banked 2 weeks before accommodation I lost the points. I then said but it's over a month before I go and not 2 weeks. I was told that is how it is from head office and I must call them. I then sent an email to cancel the banked points and was told my week had already been taken so it wasn't possible. I have now sent 2 emails asking for Head Office number and a contact person with no response. I wasn't told by Robyn when asking to bank the points I would loose any points, and since bringing this up with her, I have had no more feedback or replies.
