Am so angry and annoyed I did returns in the past 4 years I never get not a single cent from Sars but this year when I was doing returns they said am owing then R12000 I log a call ask them how did I owe R12000 they explain this long summary with big English but they said I must submit IRP5 for 2021 and 2022 as well with medical tax certificate and the money am owing R20 000 they were already taking money from my payslip. They told me that I must wait for an appointment date 3 October at 15:00 they will fix the problem but they didn't stop deducting money. With the surprise on the 3rd of October they call me at 14:00 till 14:30 they never reach me because of network. Did they bother to call me at 15:00.I tried to book another appointment their system is ****ed up please you making things difficult for us. Please Sars update your system and stop robbing people that's my hard work earning money.I don't even know how to book another appointment. Am stuck
I bought ticket yesterday online but I made a mistake on the date. I immediately email them asking for reschedule they did not reply. I call the numbers on my ticket all of them went straight on voicemail now my money has gone just like that
Am so angry with how they treat customers at Vangate mall Relay Jean. I bought a pants there for my husband when I get home the pants was small so I return it asking for a exchange I misplace the receipts but everything was still in good place like the price tag and everything I went there to ask for a bigger size. They refuse to exchanged it for because I didn't bring the receipts. I went back home I found the receipts I took the pants back asking for my money back they said I must come back following day they don't have money at the moment. I ask them if their police require them to do that if they don't have cash I am so angry right now. I didn't expect this kind of treatment
My husband is expecting a phone from the. Money was deducted monday an activation fee they said in 3 days message will be sent with a tracking code of pargo courier. WhatsApp they dont reply anymore. I did call them they told me about 7 wotking days which is new and they further hang up a phone on me while talking. The service is very poor I don't understand how you deal with customers when you doing like this
Good day I have experience bad customer service from ypu guys getting in touch with you its very complicated. My router was delivered on the 26th of April 2024 the whole weekend without internet. As it says no internet I tried to call you on Monday morning you dont answer your phone and that pathetic WhatsApp is not helpfull you make me wait the 4 full hours for an agent am so frustrated right now
On the 22 of December 2023 I booked a ticket online for Badela bus I did everything right. Then the payment part they ask for refference I wrote Badela they didn't pick it up then I chose travel not knowing its Etravel then it happened that I chose the wrong refference I recieved an email for confirmation of payment I call computicket they send me an email showing that transaction failed they will refund my money but I didn't get refund I called them again was assisted by Phologo she told me that shw will escalate the matter to the finance department the response I got from them says that the money doesn't reflect to them I must call Etravel. I called etravel they said that they only deal with agent which agent I was using I must call the agent to assist me with that I called Computicket again but not has been solved till today am so frustrated I real need my money
I had a very bad experience with Atlas Finance Bellivell 1 they deduct my money twice in one month December and I had to go up and down for my money they didn't bother to send apology messages or anything till today I haven't received my refund. They service is very poor. Am frustrated right now
Poor service and *********** employees I hand an account with Russell's wich was handed over because of missed payments was in areas already then DMC was claiming to me. I paid and settled the account fullly by 31st July 2023 but surprisingly connect financial solution still showing on my credit profile till today I have been asking them to remove my name that rude Micheal Arsmus didn't even bother to apologise not even respond on my emails when am asking for an update
I had an account at Russell's they handed over to DMC since I paid and settled the account fully by 31st July 2023 then I asked a paid up letter from DMC I recieved it. Then I went to check my credit profile DMC was not showing what shocked me is that the debt still appearing as am owing Russell's I called them. They kept on putting me up and down asking for paid up letter from DMC which I don't understand why. Then they told me to wait for 7 to 14 days to fix the problem not even an apology from then they are so arrogant still today my credit profile still shows that am owing Russell's am angry because it's blocking me from buying a car
They offered a discount on my debt I paid it fully by 31st of July 2023 then I ask for paid up letter they told me to wait 7 to 15 days after 15 days I did a follow up they told me that they mistaken given me an offer I still owe some money so I must pay it. Which I find it very weird
