Ordered bouquet of flowers for same day delivery and they never arrived, waited home all day for the delivery. This is not the 1st this has happened, Netflorist are absolutely pathetic so say the least. Won’t be using this company again!!!! No service delivery whatsoever and false advertising!!!!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No communication whatsoever and shocking furniture. Will never purchase from Corocraft again after spending fortunes over the years…..
Complained about the following to the Virgin Active Honeydew as well as the customer care e-mail address and no response from anyone:- -complained about a tricep machine not working, a week later complained to a staff member by the name Posh from the gym that machine still out of order, she was going to investigate and get back to me, well needless to say another week gone by and no response and machine still not working. Visited the gym on Saturday the 18th February 2023 and spoke to a an arrogant and unfriendly staff member by the name of Jaco regarding the machine which was still out of order over 2 weeks later, he took my details down and promised to get back to me, well guess what still waiting patiently for a phone call from these two in clowns. I have also sent 2 x mails to head office reporting my dissatisfaction, but guess what no response from them either. -Virgin quick to nag and sign you up, thereafter you on your own. No introductory or walk about the gym with a staff member explaining and showing me where everything is etc. -Members were complaining about 2 x bicycles whose saddles kept dropping upon sitting on them, still not attended to either. Considering going back to Planet Fitness where the service was 5 star and management forever walking around continuously making sure all equipment is cleaned and in working order, and if not working they attend to the repair immediately by there internal staff. - I was also assured that no loadshedding takes place at this gym, well guess what it does! -A referral programme was also mentioned to me upon signing up, I referred a friend yet informed thereafter that no such thing regarding a referral reward programme exists.
I paid approx R 1 000 for 3 x small fragile gifts to the value of approx R 3 000 to be delivered from Johannesburg to KZN, upon arriving in KZN all the gifts were badly damaged, thus after informing The Courier Guy that all items are Fragile, which they had even marked on there slip as "Fragile" I requested a refund and compensation for the damages as was told to take a hike. Absolutely pathetic service to say the least, will certainly not be using these clowns again. I'm actually not surprised the consignment was damaged if you see how they drive, a law unto themselves!
Been a client of Nedbank's for over 50 years with numeous accounts, service has deterioated to non existent levels in the past year or two. One can send mail after mail to no response or rectifcation thereof. Considering moving all accounts to a bank who cares about there clients.
My business has not operated since the 28/09/2022 due to Vox’s systems/fibre been down. We have no internet/fibre and no telephone lines. Tomorrow is the 04/10/2022 and still no rectification thereof after numerous follow ups. The week before we were off for a whole day and a bit too. I do not recommend Vox to anyone, their service is non existent to say the least. I will be taking legal action against them as a result of my downtime and loss of business thereof.
Called twice for a quote to have gutters installed at my home and they just dont bother to get back to you. Pathetic service!
These people are absolutely useless, surprise they still in business!! The dont response to messages or e-mails.
Purchased Freddy Jeans 5 months ago for my girlfriend, . Since ownership the button has fallen off, hole in pants etc. Approached Freddy as there is a 6 month warranty only to be told its not a factory fault. If not a factory fault then I would like to know what fault it is. They were not prepared to assist me and we’re very unfriendly. I’ve never come across such poor quality in my life, a waste of R 2 200. Will never purchase Freddy’s again!!
Trying to obtain my income tax certicates, automated services sends me incorrect ones. i tried calling numersous times to no avail. i waited for almost an hour at a time and eventually put the phone down. Went onto the sight to be assisted by the virtaul assistant only to have received error messages that cannot assist. This service is the most pathetic i have ever experienced and considering now cancelling all my policies with them!!!!!
