Hello Peter please come to my rescue, The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I fully paid Daddy deals for a reservation at Haartebees, they confirmed receipt of my money and provided voucher to claim my stay. When I called to confirm my booking, I was then told that there are no spaces available. Therefore I requested for a refund from Daddy deals and since then no one has been able to assist me. At this point I am not sure if I can advise people to pay for reservations through Daddy deals because their silence confirms that they ran away with my hard earned money and unprofessional. I cannot believe how many times i have been on the phone trying to get help.
Very disappointed with Capfin. Credit bureau (Experian and TransUnion) has outdated payment information about me which is affecting my credit score. Kindly sort this out ASAP. Send updated account statement to the credit bureaus

I have been sending emails with proof of payment covering my monthly instalment, Unifi does not send an acknowledgment email to confirm receipt and also when I call in the consultant tells me that the email had no attachments.. I have evidence that confirms that I have been attaching documents to my email.. as a result my account shows that it’s in arrears whereas I made an electronic payment in time. Please fix your emails and my account status. I cannot afford to drop points and ***** my credit behaviour because of your systems.
Very devastating experience. I took out a short term loan from Wonga in Dec 2023 and paid/settled it off on the 15 February 2024. However Wonga is still deducting money from my bank. I have called several times to request for refund but their *********** staff continues to shock me with poor service. No communication, no clear direction. A complete disaster dealing with Wonga loans
I am extremely dissatisfied with the credit information you have under my name… The data is outdated and reflecting incorrect address, incorrect payment history, incorrect score, incorrect occupation… this is affecting not only my credit profile but my career as well. I am an accountant with no credible credit behaviour because of your inaccurate reporting.. I demand that you rectify this ASAP 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Well done on your fast service delivering. Received my settlement letters right after finishing paying the debt based on our arrangement. Many thanks for that!!! I however have one request.. please update my payment history not to reflect any arrears as the payments were honoured based on our agreement. The negative payment history is affecting my employment status/credibility as I work in a finance sector. Overall you deserve a five star rating.. I’ll wait on you to update payment just
My wonga loan account was sold to Norman Bissett & Association group for collection. I have paid the account however my name and payment history is still listed on ITC. The data listed on ITC is negatively affecting my credit score and also my line of work since I am an accountant. Please update as this data is over 5 years old and still affecting and blocking my financial freedom.
