Yesterday midday dealt with the most condescending man in the Cash crusaders in Montclair mall Durban. Went with my partner going to check how much they would put base our item. He kept telling my husband telling me to shut up as his negotiating with my husband. My husband had to numerously tell him to not talk to me like that. If that's how women and customers are treated there we are going to have a problem.
Defy is the best brand that I know of, from my grandmother's house to my mom's house and now my house!. I own a Defy fridge, kettle, microwave, airfryer and stove. These items are all a pleasure to use, love how Defy keeps finding innovative yet environmentally friendly ways whilst keeping the products at the perfect standard. Super proud and happy to be a Defy customer and they must keep defying the odds.
Trusted brand that I absolutely love and would recommend, they keep getting better and making new products that appeal to this time yet still keeping their originality.
Joined Axxess a few month ago, it has been a seamless relationship, from my ordering online for a data package it was delivered swiftly, I was connected instantly!. The communication level is at its best via WhatsApp, call or email. The most reliable company when it comes to WiFi or finre line packages and very reliable!.
Worst people ever you get a fibre package of router they say it's month to month yet when you cancel they don't cancel and keep debiting your card!.
I've had frogfoot for 3year via Vodacom then stopped using my fibre line when I wanted to resumelast year with a different network they came to check their line found out its damaged & the workers confirmed it was the previous installers that damaged it due to the damaged area. Frogfoot refused to fix it and still expected me to pay more money for a fibre line mind you my house more than the "free" 30m you get. Utterly ridiculous and don't use them anymore.
What might seem first glance as a great rent to own appliance company don't believe it. The process is seamless yet they hide a lot of terms and conditions. You have to wait until 6months before taking back the rented item, if the item is damaged they come and fix it but don't take accountability if it's broken yet they had said they fixed then the] make you pay for something that you never damaged. Let me not speak about their agents who take you from pillar to post repeating the same answers yet you end up not helped!.
It's a shame because the driver from this company in Dbn is so pleasant and well mannered. The company itself is honestly a headache to deal with if I find out my package is being courier via DPD I start panicking , their tracking information is outdated, they don't answer calls or of they do they not up-to-date. Please do better!.
Love the onedayonly daily deals they encompass what one would need in their household, lifestyle and daily lives. There are fast with delivery and have great communication with regard to their delivery.
I'd love to say at Pedro's in Montclair Durban is the best restaurant by far, it's always clean, friendly staff and the food is always delicious and proportioned well. Whether I've had to sit in or order online the service has been rendered with the same care and diligence. Keep up the great work.
