Terrible treatment by staff
On Saturday morning in Killarney Jhb, I purchased 2 items totalling about R 285. The sale went through on my phone and banking app, but never showed on the shops system. I showed all 3 ladies working there the email confirming the sale, as well as the FNB app message. They insisted it never went through, told me I needed to leave my card number, which I refused. They then told me I needed to pay again, which I refused and showed them once again the email and FNB message. I told them I had already paid and was leafing with my goods, the lady who I believe was the manageress, physically blocked my exit and tried to grab the bag out my hand. She then took the bag with my paid for items and walked to the office at the back and shut the door in my face. Outside the store 3 centre security guards were waiting, while explaining my position she walked out and handed me my bag. Appallingly handled by the staff, I will try very hard to never shop at any Mr Price again

Dont use vox
Been with them for 4 years, when called to try port to my new address happy to continue being a customer who paid every month without an issue, that changes soon after I was told that must pay an additional month, as well as the hardware installed will be removed etc. I am really appaled by their arrogance and how little customer satisfaction means to them. I will never use vox again, I will deter anyone I know from using vox. I will bad mouth Vox any opportunity I get to whoever will listen. There are many other better service providers out there

Why insurance has such a terrible reputation- Stephen van Niekerk
I submitted all the required forms for a 3rd party claim on the 12/10, waited for a response. Emailed asking for next step. Sent my vehicle for an assessment. Emailed weeks later for an update- nothing, emailed again- nothing- after 6 weeks I called the joke allocated to my case Stephen Van Niekerk who told me "YOUR ASSESMENT IS WITH MY SUPERVISOR". weeks passed -emailed and emailed and emailed asking for update. NOT ONCE DID STEPHEN VAN NIEKERK have the courtesy to respond. 6 weeks after first submitting forms I finally get him on the phone (not by calling his direct line note) for him to keep me on the line for 20min as he goes through my documents for the FIRST TIME. Unfazed by the witness statement of events he snails through all the paperwork sent 6 WEEKS AGO until finally he has the absolute gall to offer me R 1855. 00 payout. Disgusting attitude of absolute arrogance

Appalled by the condition my items were delivered in
I made 25 MDF panels for a client, client selected Rhenus and paid for the logistics. As a disclaimer, the panels were not wrapped- but were collected newly made and pristinely painted They arrived in Cape Town having been DROPPED, DRAGGED, SC****D, SCRATCHED, ALUMINIUM EDGING BENT, WALKED ON, and WRITTEN ON BY ONE PARTICULARLY CARELESS IDIOT, even though there was packaging tape and labels stuck across random boards. I'm sure that Rhenus will have excuses and reasons but this company has no pride in what they do, nor do they have any concern for their customers items.

Any other laptop- not HP
Laptop went to black screen 5 days after warranty expired. According to Incredible Connection H.P S.A had modified my laptop from the original specs. Now it switches off when its not in the mood to work. Battery runs down super fast. Spent R 8k- really suffering buyers remorse.

Excellent service

FNB promises lots and delivers little
Emailed the investments dept over 2 weeks ago asking for advice, got a sms on the 23rd June saying it was being looked into(?) and nothing since. Paid a broker to consult so thank you for O.
