The Call Centre of FNB is useless. I could not hear a word the woman said, as the line was crackling. Also she kept me waiting for 20 min without coming back to me. It was a total waste of time and money. Management needs to fix the phone lines, as well as educate the operators. I am not impressed.
Purchased a bed on 1.6.23 and to date, 15.6.23, I am still waiting. Meanwhile I sold my bed, (to the knowledge of the sales woman), and have been sleeping on the couch, at 70 years of age with a broken arm. This is unacceptable, especially when the company is sitting with my full payment. When I ask to speak to the boss, I get spun a story, when I ask for his phone number, I am told that it is company policy not to give the bosses phone number to customers. He does not even reply to my messages I leave with the receptionist. Absolutely shocking, no customer service and broken promises. Today the sales woman ignores my calls. Please be warned.
La Lucia branch: Last night at aprox 7:20 we ordered a Family Meal, and we're told to collect in 15 minutes time. I came through (after walking through a minefield of ****roaches and flying ants - dead and alive), at 7:40 to collect and pay for the order. There were a bunch of attendants standing at the back, chatting. Only two people attended to customers. When it was my turn, the lady sauntered off to the back, chatting to the staff, sauntered back, only to tell me that my order was given to another customer, and I have to wait for another 30 minutes. Already disgusted with the hygienic state of the premises and it's surrounding area as well as the fact that they let orders go, plus the staff's slack, non caring attitude, I walked off, never wanting to come again.
Long story short, I got taken for a ride with this fellow. He is in Durban North. I cannot recommend him.
A huge big Thumbs Up for Broadway Tyres! I have known them from day one, and they never failed to give the best service. Long story short, the fan belt was replaced by an auto electrician in Durban North, 9 weeks ago. When the fan belt was lost again, the auto electrician did not want to replace the fan belt. This resulted in me not having transport for 3 days, and loss of income. Out of desperation I phoned Broadway Tyres, and within a day they came to my house, took the car to the workshop, and put in a new fan belt. Well done and I truly recommend this dedicated family run business to any one. THANK YOU BROADWAY TYRES.
Staff not trained for what they stand for. Management is non-existent. I am reluctant to keep my hard earned money in the Standard Bank. This I say now with conviction and truth, as I have banked there since 1971, and it is not what it used to be, sadly.
I phoned this morning 10:45, she put me through to the relevant department, who did not answer. The lady came back to me, had something to say but could not pronounce her words properly, whatever she said, she proceeded to put me on hold, forever (bad music on line). I then phoned back another three times, and she pretended to not hear me after she heard my voice. She just hung up. <br> This is not how customers should be dealt with over the phone!
On 25 Feb. 2016, after waiting for nearly two hours in a deranged que, I finally got to the above mentioned person who's job it was to place the details from the forms onto the computer. Knowing full well that there were people waiting, and he once again kept me waiting at his desk, as he allowed someone else to push in and helped that person first. He realized that I was annoyed, and then proceeded to ask me if I would be interested in a scheme which he called MMM. I told him that I do not know anything about them, he proceeded to explain in detail what it entailed. I realized that he wanted to sell me something. It was clear to me that he was not fully conversant with his job, as when he saw I was divorced, he told me to bring in the divorce document. I told him that nowhere on the papers does it say I had to and no one notified me beforehand. I was adamant that I would not move. He then phoned some one (in between other calls), then told me no it is okay.<br> Should this be allowed? Is this normal practice? I felt offended.
On 18 Dec.'15, I faxed the Authorisation to deduct monthly payments for accounts. 9638 1820 and 9637 8386. <br> <br> It is now 27 Feb.'16, (two months) and have received statements saying that accounts are overdue, and Interest is being charged.<br> <br> Someone in the relevant department is not doing his/her job. I have copies of the faxes being sent to the department as 'successful'. Why has my request not been processed? When I try to phone, no-one answers the phone.<br> <br> HELP
Since 6 December '15, and 4 different Job Reference numbers (591cnk080116;42cnk180116;180cnk070216;304cnk140216) were NOT attended to. Each time I got phoned, I explained the problem, and no-one came to the house. I just received via sms that my line was fixed. It clearly is not, never was, and Telkom repair staff is dishonest by saying they have fixed the line. Only once did someone come to my home. I even told them where the problem is, but they are not interested. I am at my wits end.
