When does it stop. We get astronomical increases for what ever reason and then when we come to claim prescribed medical benefits we are told we still have co-payments. Yet the fund says they pay PMB - they do but only part of it. I ask if I can use a part of the MSP (about R100 ) to settle the difference of the PMB, to which I get told NO. So effectively the colour of my money is different. I need to pay cash over and above what I can pay from my medical benefits. Perhaps there are other medical aids looking to get the larger benefit from what I currently begrudgingly pay. Paying Plus 9000 / month for a single person is now ridiculous.
As a #Santam solely owned business, I am alarmed at the service provided by Kandua. Thier contractor called "Mike" Convey Projects, advised my pool pump needs servicing upon inspecting the problem, in order my creepy crawley become operational. Well R2500 later contractor not returning calls and pump worse than before. Whilst the app might work the service given is shocking and as the sole owner of Kandua, I would like to know what action Santam will take to remedy the situation
After starting a process 12 days ago, and being told “Wendy” will come and resolve my issue at 9:40 today. At 13:45 she is still on her way. My back pain is still not addressed. Totally unacceptable for top management to set this example.
I was gifted a cactus showing signs of pending blooms. Low and behold these blooms were dried flowers stuck onto a plant with glue. Shame on you #Chamberlains Centurion. If it was not you, but your supplier, then shame on your supplier.😡😡 Better still if you are a specialist in hardware, stick with what you do well, rather than be disingenuous in having a nursery that sells plants under false prentices. It is these little practices that result in you loosing your clientele, directing them to other hardware suppliers that do honest business. I have always shouted your praises but in circumstance's like this - I am ****ed off and very disappointed.
This company continues to harras me - I have called their director and Ivette Venter and on numerous occasions requested them to cease from their covert emails. They refuse to advise me where they obtained my personal details and according to the POPI act, they are in breach. Beware of doing business with unethical opportunists.
I have erroneously subscribed to this purchase and would like to stop this purchase. There is only a document online facility which is not helpful at all. Microsoft are just debiting my account at ease with no recourse.
Do not do business with this branch. Nobody can take ownership and they push it back to Uber. Lets see if these two parties can get thier act together!!!
In Uber's wisdom they left a delivery at my gate and considered the order completed. We didn't receive the food ordered (5 meals) and nobody -from Uber can be contacted to resolve the matter. Resturant says it is out their hands. shocking to say the least. What is Uber going to do about it?
After 4 days of not being able to banking transactions. I phone my bank. They suspended my account because I stopped debit order from repeating. They then released the suspension and banking continued, until today. Standard bank decided to authorize the debit order I had cancelled, despite me saying I do not wish that transaction to take place. So what do they do, they say they can’t reverse the transaction, and then to top it, they suspend my account again. Shocking service to say the least. I will be closing my accounts and move my banking on Monday.
Recently I moved from ADSL to Fiber. Probably 4 months back. Currently get billed for ADSL services that do not exist /are not rendered, have sent several emails and been given assurance that the matter would be dealt with. Well the habit of deducting the monies continues, and all we get is - we will deal with it. Ref 34968126
