I requested them to cancel my policy (Policy No ME000065792] of which they did. But now when they to pay my refunds & im being taken from pillar to post. I was told they sent my things to their trade department last week & I should wait for 4-5 days & I waited but still no refund. Then I call again today they tell me that they submitted my things to their trade department yesterday so I have to wait another 4-5 this means my documents where not submitted last week before they can refund me. For them to send that documents to their trade department is because of the email I sent to them requesting for a feedback of which they didn’t even respond to. Please before you decide to join this company read all the bad reviews about them or else you will cry a river. They are very ***********. And I’m very much disappointed in them. I will be reporting this whole saga to the ombudsman.
I’m beyond ****ed with this stupid company and their drivers who are lairs. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of March it’s now 12 March & still no delivery made yet their driver comes to my location everyday. Such a disappointment but I have taken a route of reporting them to the ombudsman. I hate this company with passion.
I made a purchase on the 22nd of February 2026 then it was delivered on the 24th of February. I then logged a return on the very same day of the delivery. The following day a recieved a message that my return will be collected on the 25th of February but no collection was made, again I received two messages on the 26th & 27th but the parcel was not collected. Then on Monday the 2nd March 2026 I tried to log anothe return but I was told that I cannot log a return. Meaning they now don’t want to collect my return yet I paid them. Their courier partner is doing a very bad job in collections department. I want my money back. They are very useless when it comes to making collections.
Worst courier ever They are supposed to deliver my parcel on Wednesday but guess the parcel is still at their hub at 10:00am & they tell me I must wait for next week Wednesday again to get my parcel. I’m filling a report at the ombudsman 🤞🏾
Worst service ever. I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 11 days now & it still not delivered. I called, sent WhatsApp text but still no assistance whatsoever. I have taken a decision to report them to the ombudsman’s first thing tomorrow morning. They are very useless I wish we were given an opportunity to choose a courier company we want when ordering from Temu because fast way is definitely not doing its job.
The service I received for a quote was excellent. The consultant explained ever Thoroughly and he made sure that I understand all the car insurance details. Unfortunately they could not beat my current car insurance premium so they owe me R500 bucks😂😂. All in all the service was excellent.
My parcel has been in their Pretoria facility for 4 days now and they still have not made any attempts in delivering it. No response nothing at all. At this point I can say they are the worst courier company.
All I can say is they are the worst courier company. They delivered my order to the wrong pick up point. And now I have to wait another 5 days before the can deliver it to the right pick point. Business that still use Pargo don’t care about their costumers because Pargo is the worst courier company.
I made a double purchase on the 08-01-2025 through Payflex then there was a problem with Payflex but money was deducted from my account. I then cancelled the order & I was told I would receive a refund within 2-10 working days but the 10 days has passed and I haven’t received my refund. I called them twice during the week & your agents have been lying to me & telling me that they have escalated the matter to the online department but I have not received my refund still it’s way past 10 days. I sent an email to one of your consultants & she called me with attitude telling she’s not allowed to respond to emails then she dropped the call without assisting me I have her email address as proof. Your online refund department is pathetic & that means you are ******* but I’m not letting this one go I’m reporting it to the ombudsman.
Their service used to be very good but recently it’s disappointing. Placed an order of an air fryer last week. It was supposed to be delivered today but it has not been shipped from their warehouse. Their service is really a mess. And the fact that they don’t issue a statement or email to update me makes everything worse . I’m never buying from them again
