My car was hit by hail on the 13th of November 2023. I reported the matter the following day though my broker, my car is still with the pannel beaters. The damage was in the windscreen the whole body and the lights. Momentum have approved part of the claim and rejected the lights they are saying it was not part of the hail damage, how are they selective in fixing my car? The lights were part of the hail damage and they are refusing to fix the lights. I have never missed a premium I had insured with them 3 vehicles and paying a premium consistently and when I need them the most they are treating me like this. I am so disappointed on how they have treated me while I have been consistent and loyal to them.
I bought Drip shoes, the courier sent me a message that I will receive my parcel today. I could not go anywhere since I was expecting a parcel I called them around 14:00 they said they will deliver before 17:00 I waited again and they never came. Drip should stop using them as they will ruin their business. My son whom I told that his shoes are coming today was so disappointed as he was looking forward to his wear his shoes
Yesterday the 04.10.2022 I went to Ford in George I was driving a Ford Figo I needed light bulbs to be fitted in. I was in a hurry as I needed to fly to Joburg. Reece one of the technicians gave me an excellent service I was so impressed with his work. He assisted me while there was load shading and the car was fine after that. This goes to Reece and the Lady I forgot her name but if it was not for the lady I would not had such a good service big ups to the lady who helped me and Reece
I ordered a heater online, with the hope that it will be quicker, I was told it will take 7 days I canceled it. I have not recieved my refund. It has been 3 weeks now. Their level of customer service is un acceptable.

I bought a Nissan NP200 in July at Nissan Randburg before the end of July i took the car to them for repairs, again in September the problem was still there i took it back to them it came back in October and with the same problem, again in November i took it to them. but still no joy. in total i had taken it to them 6 times. now they are telling me that they wont take it back for repairs. i want my money back or them to give me another car they are refusing, they are saying this is according to Nissan specification. if i wanted to buy a s**** car i would have gone to s**** yard i came to Nisan with the hope that they are credible but they sold me a car that is a s**** now they don't want to take their car back.
Finrite Administrators. their service is so pathetic. i made a claim for my phone its more than 3 months they have been saying my claim was escalated. never take any phone insurance with them. now when i want to talk to the manager the guy drops the phone. they operate like they are a scam
on the 29th of October 2017 I had an accident, my car was written off within 10 days I knew what was going to happen and had received proof that my car would be paid. great service fro miway the did it my way :-) Sanet Jacobs who was my representative she kept me up to date all the time
<p>I had a pipe burst just in the meter on friday the 21st of July I reported the fault with them the same day on tuesday they came only to tell us that it's not their responsibility we must get our own plumber to fix. We reported that to them again that this is outside the yard and in their meter they logged another fault with a different reference number. When I folowed up with the fault they told me the call has been resolved it's a week ow I still don't have water. I pay my rates and water regularly </p>
