Between Samsung and Regener8, I have not been paid for my traded in device. I consider this equivalent to theft as Regener8 has received my device well over a month ago, yet payment keeps getting delayed. I have been given contact details of a person named David Cronje, who never answers his phone. I now consider this as theft of my device as I have not received payment for it.
Awaiting payment for a trade in. Every week it keeps getting delayed. Phone has been received by Regener8 well over a month ago, yet payment to me has not been made. I now consider this to be theft of my phone.
My adsl line has been up and down for over a month, no technician has contacted me yet, given a reference number on 18 september, its now end of October. My area (clare estate) is severely neglected by telkom, clearly there is an issue with the copper cables in my area. My neighbour pays for a 4mb line and never gets speed over 1mb. When the damn hell is fibre coming in? These issues wouldn't occur on a fibre line. A friend of mine in overport is also going through the same issue. Everyone I know is going through the same nonsense with Telkom. Also still awaiting my mobile data sim that comes with the line package for over a month. Charging for a service and not providing it is equivalent to fraud.
<p>On a night with heavy rain, I decided to take a drive to BP garage Clare Estate to buy snow*****. I was shocked at the pathetic service I was given, being told "we don't have staff to serve you". What's the use of having a garage shop open 24 hours a day when you don't have staff to run the shop? I asked to see the manager and I was told by the cashier "I'm the only staff in at this moment". It's real annoying, especially seeing as I buy snow***** from them almost daily. As of now NO garage has lost a loyal customer, I would rather buy from somewhere else</p>
<p>Over the past few weeks I have been taking my mum's diesel corolla to Mccarthy Toyota Durban North where I was met by the gentleman Mervin who welcomed me with really great service, whenever I brought the car in I was treated with respect and yesterday my mum's car was booked in for a service and another gentleman Gerald was in charge of my car and I am really thankful for such great service, it's not often that you can walk into a car dealership and be treated like a friend or family. Keep up the good service.</p>
I called [URL Removed] to query my order at a time that I would personally consider to be after hours and I was shocked that I received such a great response. The person who tended to my query goes by the name Yongi. I wish all companies would learn a lesson about customer care from [URL Removed] based on this I would more than likely purchase from [URL Removed] many more times in the future
I purchased a pair of UrbanArt boots from the Springfield branch and was told that if I do happen to have a problem I should bring in the pair of boots and it will be replaced or I will be refunded, whichever I choose to take. Less than 2 months after purchasing the pair of boots, the sole is worn out on the heel of both (poor quality perhaps) and when I go in to do an exchange I am told that someone will view the boots and get back to me tomorrow and let me know whether I qualify for a replacement. That is very unfair as when I decided to purchase the shoe I did not take it home and then decide whether I am going to buy it or not. According to the Consumer Protection Act if an item is defective then within 6 months of date of purchase the consumer has the right to have the item replaced/refunded/repaired.
I had a parcel shipped to me through FedEx and after seeing some of the reviews on this site I thought I was dealing with a bad company. To my surprise I received really good service. I wasn't available for most of the day so I called the Durban branch and asked to arrange for me to fetch my parcel, the branch contacted the driver and he went out of his way to make sure I received my parcel early. That is what you call good customer service. If only other companies could learn this. Thank you for the great service.
I dealt with Wootware for the first time and I was amazed at the great service I have received. A person by the name of Ockert responded to my emails and kept me up to date with my order and overall the staff don't ever become rude no matter how many questions you ask. Thanks for the great service
