Our experience at Truworths Secunda today was marred by an excessively long queue, lasting over 30 minutes. This outcome highlights the store's poor planning, particularly evident in the insufficient number of cashiers on the 23rd. As residents, we recognize the town's needs. The extended wait resulted in widespread tiredness and discontent. The provided service was underwhelming. I will be evaluating alternative clothing stores.😭😭😭😭
Our filling station just like any other in the country has a lottery machine. Two weeks ago our lotto machine printer started giving us problems, this resulted in us not assisting our customers. We logged a call through their call center on the 31st July . We did follow ups daily and told that the matter was escalated. We asked to speak to the team leader of techs , we ere told that escalations can only be done via emails. Today a technician by the name of Sandford Matane came, he told us that he does not have a printer with him. We asked if he can ask from one of his colleagues as his predecessors did before. He said no that will take long and the weekend has just begun. He will come back next week, what a pathetic service w e received from a person we waited for two weeks.
Our company had an account with Makro before, that was a COD. Looking at the fact that we buy a lot of items at MAKRO, we decided to open a Trade Receivable Account, we submitted everything, fast forward the account is opened with a credit limit. We were told the previous account is closed. Now both accounts are working, the worst part is that the account was opened in September last year but the OTP was not loaded so the owner is not notified when there is a purchases. This is a loophole for crime. We are now being sent from pillar to post when trying to rectify this Makro is one irresponsible store. I can never advise anyone to open an account with them
I took my car for a battery change today. The moment the service guy remove the first terminal on my car I received a call from CARTRACK. I now have peace of mind that I’m safe with CARTRACK and I receive value for my money,
I made a reservation for visiting Durban with my stay at Belair Suites. I paid my stay using Booking.com with confirmation no 3154556027. I was involved in a car accident and injured, my car was written off. I called Booking.com to cancel my reservation so that they can keep my credit until I’m ready to travel again, I was told that the reservation is cancelled and my money will be returned to me. When I call Booking.com it said the property must refund me, the property said Booking.com must refund me. I don’t know who to run to because I’ve benn sent from pillar to post. I thought the two companies were honest and reputable, but I was wrong. That is service from hell.
I had a tracking device that was installed by the dealership before I bought my car in 2015. Later that year I received a call from NETSTAR asking me if I would like to carry on with the device I said yes. This year I got involved in an accident and the car was written off. I called them to cancel I was told I would pay the cancellation of R276 and I did not mind, only to find that the debit order is R1100 and no one want to account for it, this is day light robbery and customer service from hell. Can someone man up and tell me what is going on. I can’t pay for you tracking the car I don’t have.
I work for a filling station, we recently opened a new account with FNB, our merchants were installed on the 19th of November . Both the store and the forecourt. Since then the money we made from our forecourt was never paid into our account. We tried and call our Relationship Consultants who tried her best to assist, we were told the money was paid but it will still take another two days to be paid to us, what is very painful is because nobody bothers to explain to us what went wrong or take responsibility or account. I’m so disappointed if this was not forced by the franchise we were going to go back to our previous bank, I have never seen such a high level of unprofessionalism in a bank of this magnitude😭😭😭😭
I had a reservation with this hotel, I was supposed to check in on the 9th of August, I did my reservation on Booking.com. I called both of them to amend the booking but I could not get help. I told them that the the very same people I was supposed to travel with contracted COVID. None of this two companies is willing to help I think they suggest that I travel with this people as sick as they are. I have never seen this heartlessness in human kind. The place where I payed my money and expecting superior services.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I would like to comment excellent customer service that was provided by the Lady Teller by the name of Rosa at Standard Bank in Secunda. It was a large deposit of R620 000. She did it with a smile. She made me feel at home. It was indeed a job well done, what an amazing experience.
I had a contract with MTN that was cancelled October 2020. I used to pay R 1080 per month. Since October MTN has been deducting R289 from my account and I owe them nothing. This is robbing the poor in a big way. I have called send emails nobody can assist me.
