I ordered a new keyboard for my desktop, link to product ordered https://www.amazon.co.za/dp/B0BLHQFF2G?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Received a different band and colour (white, ordered black) keyboard. Returned keyboard +- 3 April 2026. According to Amazon all will be done by 12 May... Its now 13 May and still no refund!

Second delivery from Temu, again given to Fastway (Slowest) couriers. So, according to Temu, Fastway received the parcel Friday (3/10/2025) in JHB and Saturday moved to PTA. On Fastways site, they only confirm PTA arrival today (6/10/2025). And as previously stated they do not deliver the next working day but rather the next Saturday. VERY PATHETIC delivery company!
Only deliver on Saturdays as they feel doing deliveries daily is not the right thing to do
Ninapark Ocean Basket gave the worst service I have ever experienced. We booked a table for 3 for 18:30 yesterday (25 August 2025) arrived 18:30 and got taken to our table. After 35 minutes of waiting, one of us went to the back where the waiters did the orders and asked why we got no waiter all this time. Got told who the waiter should be, but that waiter ignored all three of us till another waiter came to take our order. No bread was brought. Another one of us went to find the manager and was told the manager is not there and that one of the cooks were in charge. Please note, this cook has no idea what happening outside the kitchen. The waiter who helped us just apologised for the bad service, but nothing done to improve it. So advise everyone, rather do takeaways than eat in at Ocean Basket
Won't cancel your account when you request it... they say it is, but keep taking your money and never cancel.
Phoned FNB Connect in the second week of January to have my exiting FNB connect SIM cancelled. Confirmed over the phone that this will be done and they will contact me. Still nothing a whole month later.
Still the same issue as last month, standard bank still has not learnt what a debit order is.
