In October 2023 I got hijacked and I logged a claim with my then insurance (Affinity Insurance) the claim was referred to AAA Claims company and was handled by (Thabile Khaba), who did the assessment and approved me for R167 000.00 which I rejected, I was advised of the following Excess(s). A. Basic Motor Excess payable in the event of fire, accident, theft, or hi-jacking Private Use. 5% of claim minimum R 5000.00 E. Motor additional: Accident between 9PM and 4AM 25% of claim minimum R 10 000.00 Keeping in mind the above additional excess talks about accident and I was hijacked, I was not involved in an accident. I disputed the offer and I was given excuses the matter ended up being referred to Ombuds. Later a consultant by the name (Brandon Olinger) sent me another offer of R107000.00 dated Fri, Mar 15, 3:42 PM when I question where does the offer come from and what other excess was added, I received no response, its been a month of me trying to get information on how was the offer was calculated, I logged a complaint with Affinity insurance and no feedback no communication received nothing from this companies, its been 6 months since I got hijacked and still paying my monthly premium, but I had insurance that was supposed to be looking after me in such cases. the service at both AAA Claims Company & Affinity Insurance is a disgrace

I bought a "Proline" laptop on the 21 of February 2024 at Cash Crusaders Evaton Mall, Laptop was still registered on the previous owner, I managed to delete the previous owners profile and registered mine, few days down the line the laptop refused to switch on, I took it back to the store, they took it back to fix it, they deleted my profile, installed new windows and microsoft office, however the laptop came back with now volume, the speaker was blocked, no sound coming the laptop, I took back the laptop and its been 3 weeks with no laptop, I lost my job as a call center agent as I couldn't deliver due to no laptop, I have been going there and calling and every time when I call I get told I'll get feedback the following there, today I asked my partner to call, when he called he was sent from pillar to post, he asked to speak to the manager but he was transferred to someone who just dropped the line, My partner called the store about 7 times speaking to different people who kept putting him from pillar to post, eventually when he got through to someone He was told He'd be given a feedback the following day, the very same reason we have been given when we go there. I lost my job due to that laptop I don't need it anymore, I just want my money back. when I asked them about getting my money back I was told they have to buy the laptop from me and if they do they'll give me R900, that laptop never left the store why would I be given R900 for something I never had. I want my money back, R2k cash. I want it back
I settled my loan with African bank on the 30th August and closed it I got a closure letter, however the Bank still ran a debit order on the 9th September that caused my account to be overdrawn with standard bank I want the fee to be reversed immediately
I over paid my account on the 30th August and closed it. I've been trying to get hold of @wonga_ZA to get my refund I sent a DM on tweeter. Sent email. Called them to no response Wonga_Za has ran away with my money
I know this wont be attended to buy here's my story, iWyze a bunch of liars and scammers, I get a call to offer me a quote and see if they can beat my current insurance and if they can't they'll give you R1750, and guess I'm with the best insurance in SA, iWYZE couldn't beat my current offer and I submitted a claim for R1750 I was told they can't give me because with my insurance I currently pay for roadside assistance and they offer it for free, and even if I cancel it with my insurance my premium will still beat their offer. iWYZE is a bunch of thieves, liars I won't recommend them to anyone, giving the 1 on the rating is actually good they deserve -100
So as per August statement my credit limit is still R4000.00 and I don’t have anything available. I sent numerous request requesting my limit to be reduced from R4000.00 to R3500.00 after making a payment of R500.00 dated 22/07 What happened to my R500.00? dated 22/07 I’m escalating this to Ombuds On the 22 June my limit was R4500.00 I paid R500.00 on the 23 June I sent an email to request my limit be reduced by R500.00 it was done limit was reduced to R4000.00 On the 22 July I paid R500.00 requested limit be reduced to R3500.00 was advised my limit was reduced from R4500.00 to R4000.00 njani? How if my limit was already R4000.00 My limit should be R3500.00 or I want my R500.00 cash or be credited into my account I want it cash This is fraud pure fraud day light.
Mr Price account department is the worst to deal with, I was behind with my payment for few months, and in trying to bring my account up-to-date with payments, every time when I make a payment, Mr Price they decrease the credit limit with R2000.00 last time I paid my credit limit was R3890.00 with a balance of R4600.00. 1. I requested all those unnecessary fees on my account to be cancelled and the fees be reversed, I mean I don't want to use the card anymore I just want to settle it and close the account. they refused to cancel the Customer Protection Plan Opt 1 and Lost Card Protection, if I loose my card, you can charge me when I request a new one. 2. they refused to recalculate my installment, with my being R7700.00 and owing R4100.00, how can my installment be R770.00, I asked for the percentage they are using in calculating the installment and they refused. 3. They reduced my credit limit without my Authority. 4. every time when I pay, e,g when I pay R770.00 they reduce the limit by R2000.00 leaving my account overdue by +-R2000, making me in arrears with R2100.00 I've never in my life experienced such a shameful/disgusting service, only 4 things I need you (Mr Price ) to do. 1. bring back my limit to R7700.00 2. clear my name on ITC as a slow payer 3. recalculate the installment 4. every time when I pay, reduce the limit with the limit with the amount I paid so I don't use the account as that's what you want.
