Great after hour service. We left Hoedspruit to go to PTA just before Belfast our car went in limbo mode. Mahindra Road Assist, helped us, what friendly service, follow up calls all the way to find out if we are okay and sorted. GP from Mahindra Middelburg specially came in well past clsoing time round about 7pm. Sorted out our problem and we could continue our journey. Thank you to all involved.
I have a home loan. The interest rate went down end of May, they sent me a letter and June my paymnet and interest rate went down. Then came July and they put it up again, to the same interest rate before May's cut. Now comes July interest rate cut and they bring it down, however not including the May only the July cut. Now they want to come with a story of, main account holder not meeting bank criteria and bank rebate deactivated. I have asked them to explain this, as hiw can this be They are not answering me. They are talking about 365days interest with 28, 30, 31 days, that I totally undersatnd. But they have not given my May cut of 25%. As why do I get it for one month and then they put it up again. Also does not not help you have a private banker. For everytime zi have contacted them to help me with betere rates for purchasing a vehicle or my house they did not want to help.said I my phone home loans or vehicle finace. So why am I paying extra fees for a private banker who does not assist. I have been with FNB for over 20 year. Think it is time to change banks.
Makro has appointed them to service my Samsung machine that is broken. As we are not in one of the main centers it is now a problem. Now they are just ignoring us and the problem. The service from all 3 these companies are just pathetic, Makro, Samsuang and SSS Cellular.
I bought a Samsung washing from Makro. The machine has packed up. I have on numerous occasions phoned, sent through datils, photos, spoken to people over the phone. Yet no response or sending someone to fix or replace the machine. We are going onto 9 business days and still no joy. Even bought the extended warranty. As I do not stay in one of the main centres it is now a problem. So why when I bought the machine they did not say that it was going to be a problem. This is unacceptable. Thus will make that I will never support Makro or Samsung again. Once they have sold you the product they are simply nit worried about after sales service. This is unacceptable at the price one pays. Not even mentioning the extra expenses I have to make because of not having my machine.
I bought a washing machine, with 2 year guarantee en 20 year warranty on motor. The machine has packedup, water leaking every where. I have contaced Makro where I purchased it from (also going to review the very bad servive from them, with an extended warranty). I do not stay in one of the main centers. Now it is an issue to get somebody to come and fix it. We are going onto 9 business days now. With all the extra cists that I have to go about as not being able to use the machine. With 2 calls asking the same questions and still no response or help. Never in my life will I ever purcahes anything from Samsung again. The after service is pathetic, the machine is pathetic. Why give a guarantee if you can or will not honor it.
Very disgusted. Tried to purchase an item. They said it was available. I purchased it. Within a while I received a cancelation for the product. No reason. Went back and the were selling the product for even less then when I tried to purchase it. This is not the first time this has happend. Once you buy it and go and look the price is brought down. This is un acceptable.
They say Nationwide deliveries. When you order something they don't have stock in the area. This has happened more than once. Then when you order 2 products to one address you have to pay delivery costs on each product. Prices are ridiculous.
I took my fridge/freezer in to Outdoor Warhouse on the 2 Nov 22. They said repairs 2-4w. It is now 7w and every time just excuses. Now they have closed for the year. Said they would attend to it in the new year. I do not have my freezer, as we needed it for our holidays. Wors service ever.
Excellent service from BB Auto. Specially from Hanno. He went out of his way to make our car buying experience a smooth purchase from beginning to end. Going out of his way and the extra mile. The after sales service has been just as good. I will highly recommend them. Thank you. These days good service is hard to find. #WIN
Pathetic. We have bee trying to cancel our data contract for over 2years now. Keep getting the run around. Keep sending all the information as requested, via email and all the calls. Stores are closing down. Nearest store 2u drive and they still can't help. Please could somebody advise on how to cancel a data.
