Inferior products
Hisense washing machine warranty can be voided if a ****roach dies on the power boards and affects the components. The machine has not been tempered with physically in any way only to fine it cant withstand a common insect attack. Meaning if their products are not built to avoid possible insect attacks that are common in domestic home you would be best avised to avoid this brand until they make sure their products are insect proof because of the sensitivity of the components. I bought 8 machines I am very worried now.

Poor after sales care of products sold by Chamberlain
I need help with levelling my dissatisfaction with products you sell from Ariston Heat. I have'nt removed the geysers and no one has responded I bought 2 of the units. The after sales service and warranty policy is atrocious! they will NEVER honour a warranty claim, if you remove the broken geyser from the installation, your warranty is immediately void (Which I have not done) I havent removed the geysers and no one has responded I bought 2 of the units.

Ariston Geyser
Never ever buy a Ariston Geyser, their after sales service and warranty policy is atrocious! they will NEVER honour a warranty claim, if you remove the broken geyser from the installation, your warranty is immediately void. I havent removed the geysers and no one has responded I bought 6 of the units.

Replace faulty item only not the box
I bought a magneto powerstation (Order #144459892) for 3200 and the item is faulty after two weeks. Unfortunately I dont have the box but I have sufficient proof to show when i bought it and how much. I am request that the item be fixed or replaced. they can keep the money I still need the production but functioning, I dont need the working unit to come in a box they can use it for the faulty item.

Incompatible suggestions by website
I bought two projectors and projector holders that where suggested by the website which turned out to be incompatible. I requested a return of one of the items and the supplier declined even after i SUGGESTED THAT I dont mind exchanging for items compatible with the holders holders. They only allow refunds within 53 days but I had no reason to return the items because we opened them when they where needed only to realise items suggested by their own website where incompatible. They dont even provide the suppliers details for me to communicate directly with them for exchange.

Expired products in store
I bought expired goods at SPAR Norwood today. The product I bought expired as far back as October 2021. Unfortunately for me I consumed the contents of one of the products, my wife is the one who notice the drinks have expired as she was about to drink hers. This practice is not only unlawful but poses a health risk and only God knows if I will be ok by the time this is attended too. I can not drive back to Norwood SPAR in joburg to return these goods because I am from Pretoria and I am now getting treatment for possible illness.

Makro selling bad products
We bought two items from Makro, washing machine and tumble dryer. The brand of these machines is Candy. This is proving to be the biggest mistake because these machines have been booked for repairs almost 3 times each in the space of 10 months and each time we booked its takes a 6 - 7 weeks for Makro to attend to it meaning we have only been able to use very expensive machines for more less 4 months. Makro is selling poor products and I feel cheated of my money because it feels like we have very old machines yet they are new because they are always waiting to be repaired. Items purchased 17 SEPT and 5 DEC 2021 respectively.

CAN TRUST THE STORE // STICK TO TAKEALOT
I cant say if these guys can be trusted. My own experience is 2 months and counting no response on emails, I have requested refunds nothing there. So I would suggest people stay away for now.

Refusal to provide client with evidence of purchase
Jet is refusing to provide me details of were a fraudulent purchase was made on my mother in laws account. Instead they continue to harass her to make payment for a purchase she did not make. They maintain they cannot tell her which shop this purchase was made even though it reflects on their statement. All Jet shops have cameras but for some reason they wont make effort to investigate who made this disputed purchase.
