I've purchased a STANLEY cup on the 01 June 2025 ETA 10 June 2025, there seem not to be a progress regarding shipment details. Previously I've purchased something on Makro online and I had to fight to receive my previous order and this is happening again.

Rude teller
Work nightmare service, Sunday I went to Jubilee mall king pie to buy R70 combo , pie 🥧 , fries 🍟 and fizzy drink 🥤the lady who was serving me asked how what sauce she must put for me and salt 🧂 seasoning. I told her that I prefer seasoning 🧂 for myself she tells me that they don’t allow customers to season as they don’t know what they touched before they come to their store I told her that they can put sanitizers for them not to wondering of customers whereabouts or give salt sachets. The tone she used it’s totally unacceptable whereby I even asked for refund. Replace those big containers with sachets and train teller too

Biltong prawns served at Fishaways wonderpark
I place an order at Fishaways Wonderpark this 18 November 2022 around 09:45 morning, first order of the day at that store. I ordered fish, chips , coleslaw and rice. The food was dry prawns where over fried as if there is prawn biltong. I called the store to bring the matter to their attention and attitude I got was pathetic. I don’t see myself ever ordering from them ever again. I so wish that supervisors are well trained to handle queries. Poor delivery guy was shocked to see what ****💩 food the store serve customer I won’t fight delivery guy.

Medi clinic Medforum catering
Worst catering as if one is admitted at Government clinic. Menu have been changed for cost savings. How does one recover without eating. Medication that is administered to patients is very strong and unfortunately we taking medication on empty stomach, food are not eatable. Medi clinic Medforum is scheming medical aids for recovering catering money while patients aren’t eating proper food. Imagine one pays for medical aids and during hospitalisation one expect 100% hospitality and medi clinic Medforum only provides 100 health care and 0% of catering. Since I was admitted I haven’t had food. Good are offered without a drink , how does one eat without drinking . As I am buying my own food can I be reimbursed ?

Bad service
Today Friday 01-April-2022 I tried ordering online whereby there was error messages when checking out. I then opted for my colleague to place an order and she paid with her bank card. Few minutes later I received 2 bank notification purchases 258.50 and KFC order confirmation. Keletso K****tso, We have checked in your order:Keletso3010422. Confirmation that your order has been checked in is shown below. We went to collected and I’ve confirmed to the store to cancel order Keletso3010422 and they’ve advised that I must call customer care. I’ve called customer care 4 x spoke to different consultants and the last consultant by the name of Kgomotso place my call in hold for more than 22 Minutes of which it’s unfair for me .

Tevo product and service sucks
I bought Tevo pressure washer sep 2020. February 2021 machine came in for repairs June 2021 machine came in for the 2nd repairs September 2021 machine came in for repairs and since the machine came in for repair in September we not getting any feedback. Mails has been sent to Dinesh , Phumzile and not receiving feedback.I wouldn’t recommend Tevo products to anyone.
