Have been waiting for my payout since April 2024. Going through all the trouble to submit slips but not getting what is promised. Have received mutliple emails of promise to pay out, but to no avail!!!! Such a disappointment!!!!!!

My husband bought Piemans pies (product of RCL foods) on Thursday morning. When I took about the fourth bite of this extremely dry pie, i experienced a weird texture, and immediately removed the piece from my mouth. What i discovered whas horrific. I bit into the finger of a rubber glove!!! Immediately felt nausiated. Couldn't eat for the rest of the day!!! How absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!! I have an auto immune disease, and cannot be exposed to súch exposure! I have emailed them, but its been 33 hours and have not received any response whatsoever. Have also gone to the convenience store where it was bought, the manager immediately gave order to remove the batch, but didnt even extend an apology. I really feel that this case needs immediate attention and renumeration!!!!!

Every single delivery made by Fastway courier is AMAZING! Judith always makes deliveries with a huge smile. I have an autoimmune condition called alopecia universalis, thus I have no hair. Judith is also bald, we always have a good catch-up chat. Tonight she delivered my parcel just after 8, because she said she just could not let her friend down! Simply LOVE LOVE LOVE their service! Please give Judith a raise!!!!!
Me and my husband just had the worst experience ever at Mr Price Home in Middelburg Mall. I wanted to make a purchase on my account. I had my card with me as we keep it in my husband's wallet. My purse with my drivers licence and ID was at home. The assistant told me that I needed to present proof of Identification which I did not have on me. The first guy who helped me was very kind. Then an extremely rude assistant named Elaine (Elpho) stepped in and immediately first raised her voice at me for not having my ID or drivers licence on me. I opened my Mrp statement on my phone to show her the nrs. She rudely said that she will help me once, then the store Assistant manager called Mphodi, who stood about 5m away shouted at me that she will not allow it, then shouted why dont I have my ID or licence! I calmy asked her why she are being so rude. She made me feel inferior and embarrassed infront of the other customers! When I asked Elaine to cancel my purchase and that I would rather go to another shop who respects their clients, she quickly finished the transaction so that it could not be cancelled. When I asked her why she didn't cancel it, Mphodi kept shouting at me. I asked their names and said that I am going to make a complaint on Hello Peter. I wanted to take a photo of her nametag because I was afraid to forget the names. Mphodi then shouted even more loudly"Don't let her take a picture, don't let her! Why do you want photos!" I calmy replied that Im going to post a complaint on Hello Peter, Mphodi then shouted, you dont even have to bother about Hello Peter, you can call customer complaints immediately!!!" She shouted so loudly that other workers came to look what happened and one of the ladies even apologized for Mphodi's behaviour towards me. I felt só embarrassed. I kept cool and calm the whole time while being shouted at by a store manager. This was unacceptable.
I would like to inform you that I had one of the worst experiences if Mtn and courier services on Friday 7 Oct. I really feel let down as a loyal Mtn client for many years. Issue: My Biometrics failed upon delivery, which ended in a very very unpleasant situation. Firstly courier service kept us waiting and promises were not kept(already logged a hello peter complaint). My Green book is very old, and my finger prints could not be verified. We had NO other option for receiving package. Only to rescedule delivery. As I tried to explain that Biometrics will probably fail again as my ID and Prints were done 30 years ago. No alternative was given to me. And driver left with package. So what am I supposed to do? Since I cant take or receive any packages from MTN on biometrics and there is no other alternative?. Maybe I should then just cancel my three or four lines which we had for many years and move to an alternative provider? I am really disgusted by the way I was treated form the offices and management of DSV couriers. I will NOT leave it here. MTN sorry to say but your aftersales and feedback are also of a substandard quality. The whole situation made me feel like a was judged, I felt like you did not trust my Identity, not giving me an oppurtunity to take the delivery on an upgrade which was succesfully done by YOU. I am really unhappy And thinking of moving everything I currently have away form MTN. Surely there has to be a way to take delivery if there is a problem with biometrics after everything else has been cleared and autherized. Surely MTN I have been a loyal client, dont let my feel like a crimal!!!!! I have made 10 phone calls on the 10/10/2022. Customer service agents doesn't know what is going on. Zandile accused Dsv couriers of lying in the fact that MTN requested thw fingerprint biometric system. 2 Agents hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. The rest just passed me on from one agent to the next. Zanele even instructed me to choose the option to register a number, where that agent was dumbstruck and kept on apologizing for Zanele's lack of knowledge. On asking to speak to a manager or supervisor, i was advised that there is no one available. Looks like I am going to have to cancel all 4 my current MTN contracts, seeing as I receive absolutely NO assistance at all!!!!!
Dsv has absolutely no respect for their clients time! They phoned to schedule a delivery for Thursday 6 October between 12 and 2 o clock. They then phoned back to postpone the delivery to Friday 7 October between 12 and 2. 2 o clock came and passed. After phoning multiple times, a promise was made that the delivery will be made within an hour. We had to move our meetings up. Yet another hour passed and no delivery. Phoned again, the agent said there is no supervisor or manager available to help. He promised to phone back, but as expected, failed to do so. Delivery still not made.
Thanks so much to the manager of Hungry Lion Middelburg who helps with so much kindness and empathy when Uber eats let me down. I have never had a disappointment when order from Hungry Lion. Their chicken is always piping hot and fresh and more delicious than any other fried chicken restaurants. Will stay a loyal client!! Only complaint is the weight I pick up because of eating way too much!!!!
Had the worst experience with Uber eats deliver ever!!! The driver phoned to find out where the delivery address is, after calmly explaining exactly where it is, he started shouting and screaming and slammed the phone down. I phoned back many times and every time he continued shouting and slamming down the phone. He has now concept or idea of the location. After a very long time, I phoned Uber eats head office, who could not help me either. The delivery did not take place at all. After a long time of complaining, the order was cancelled. By that time the special I wanted to order expired. Eventually after more calls, the manager called back, but the call was cut off and manager never phoned back. On first glance the app looked so promising, but the disappointment is way more promising!
