Altify recently updated its verification system and required not only new customers but also existing clients like me to complete the process again. I fully completed the verification and even received confirmation that it was successful. However, more than 48 hours later, I still cannot log into my account. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Altify does not provide a customer service phone number, and the so-called “customer support” is only an AI system that is unable to properly address real customer issues. I have already submitted emails and messages through your support channels, yet there has been absolutely no response. Your lack of proper customer support is unacceptable and is directly interfering with my investment activities. This level of service is deeply disappointing and far below what customers should reasonably expect from a financial platform. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and immediate assistance in restoring access to my account.

I bought a hammer drill in july 2023 at R2600 and something went wrong on machine last week so I went to Builders for repair. Couple of days later, they call me and telling me Bosch quoted over R2500 for repair. I was supprised how repair cost is same as purchase price ? They said machine is overloaded. I don't understand what dose it mean? Dose machine has milage clock and how do they know and even if i use "overload" how repair cost same as purchase price ? I had 3 other hammer drill from Ryobi. When there's issue on tool, Ryobi just replace with new one without questuon. Folks, pls do not buy Bosch tool as I won't do that again For me, even one star is too much
I was tracking my parcel yesterday, system shows " delivered " while I am still waiting. System shows Eliaz singed which I don't know who. Even security siad they have not received. I tried to find out whats going on but there's no contact number I can talk to. It just goes to Virtual reception. Seems they delivered to wrong place. I wonder how they do that ??? How they can hand over my parcel someone I don't know without checking he is right receiver ? I am still waiting my parcel
I made an appointment device fitting at 12 today. Tilll 1pm, no one came and no call for delay. I called custome care and they said will put me through schedule department but no one answer and just ringing. I called 4 more times but the same. Now 1:50 still no one coming. What is reason make an appointment if they don't come on time, what dose customer care means if they don't care customer ?? This is ridiculous
Leroy Marlin Green stone is worst branch. Whenever I order bricks, always coming from Green stone. They never delivered the day supoosed to deliver, not deliver full quality. Always delay.
Medihelp is one of the the best medical scheme I ever had. Pre authorisation process was very smooth, professional and comfortable. Previously, I had Discovery, Momentum, Genesis but they are nothing like Medihelp. I saw some compliant here but from my experience to compare others, Medihelp is far better
I went to the woodmead branch and found a promotion which us R135 for Shampoo and conditioner. On the till, casher charged normal price and I showed her photo I took. She said system didn't updated and called a superviser. Superviser came and said she need to check. She went to the display and came back and telling me it's not updated on system and said have call the manager. I already wasted 10min and I didn't want waste more time so I asked chsher delete that Item. This is not first. Whenever I found promotion items, it happened same thing. So frustrating and wasting time. Makro woodmead need to wake up
