I sent a request for a booking for our 10th anniversary a month ago and has received no feedback only for my husband to call and be told now it's fully booked for the month of Feb. I am disgusted by this attitude of the establishment not even an apology nothing. This sets a really bad image for the restaurant and Hotel!
Wow, wow and wow. I had the most amazing experience Saturday. From my Pedi to my Mani, it was just phenomenal. I have been to many nail salons and spas, but nothing tops my all-new favorite place ♥️. Thank you to Kholofelo (aka Connie) for the best treatment, friendly smile, service and care, you are absolutely the best. Your skill and knowledge and treatment recommendation really set the bar high for me. I love my nails and feet looks stunning. I left the spa feeling super impressed. Thank you, ladies, it's a job well done. I will definitely be coming back for my next treatment. Your prices are seriously money well spent, and I will recommend Mood Beauty to everyone. This is my new happy place😊.
I have requested a refund from Hyperli a week ago and submitted a query ticket on Monday whereby I received a mail promising to receive feedback within 48 hours but still nothing! I am very disappointed in the service and would rather prefer not purchasing from them again as they have way too much problematic merchants.
The worst place to go to for a treatment! I received a Hyperli voucher as a gift spoil for Mother's Day and what was supposed to be enjoyable spa experience turned into a horrible experience, my special day was ruined as I was left feeling very disappointed. I arrived at 10:12 as my treatment was at 10:30, the receptionist called someone, and I waited a while only to be taken away to another building, waited again then only to be told that there was a mistake or miscommunication between the ladies and I was taken back to the previous building I was at. Now already I was irritated as this cut into my treatment time,the girl doing the massage was clearly not clued up either on the package I choose and feel this was all purposely done to not complete the rest of my treatments. I just got a massage which I did not enjoy as much and a terribly quick file and paint that does not even qualify as a mani and worse of all I paid for the poor paint work, she missed a nail and the paint was not put on properly as everything was done in the massage room which had such poor lighting. Worse of all I didn't even get a welcome drink which was part of the spa package or the hydrating foot mask with massage as I was told there is just not enough time but I feel I should have been compensated for the time they wasted as it was on them!The massage was supposed to be a luxury one there was clearly nothing luxury about it or even the deep relaxation head massage was more like my head being scratched. The nail pampering was just the worse ever for me as this was a rushed affair as I was told she only has 5 minutes left. So, what do you get for 5 minutes? Terrible paint job and file that is supposed to constitute as a mani. I am even disgusted that I had to pay extra for the poor paint work and not even so much as an apology. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I am so tired of fighting with the Mr Price cashiers and till Supervisors over the same thing, another online exchange that went wrong an ended with me having to pay in a difference on the exact same item all I wanted was just a size exchange. I am really disappointed in Mr Price, and this has officially put me off from purchasing online again since you can't do instore exchanges without having to be charged again for the same item, this is so frustrating. I feel the exchange terms and conditions is either not made clear enough to the staff or they are clueless on the Consumer Protection Act! I do not have these kinds of issues at any other store except Mr Price.
I purchased a sale item and according to your CPA code and returns Terms and Conditions section 8.2.1 I can return an item for free but that was not the case as I was demanded to pay the difference upon returning my item just for a size change. I am very disappointed and feel that Mr Price does not live up to their CPA code or Terms and conditions. This makes me hesitant to purchase from them again.
I am a huge Samsung supporter and never had to deal with the hassle of claiming rewards but this time around Samsung Promotions has made it extremely difficult for me to even benefit from these, "said rewards". I have been messed around by numerous agents and even though I had all the proper paperwork to claim my reward I was still told I could not benefit from it. I find this extremely pathetic on their part and thinking twice on making any related purchases to this brand or ever partaking in any rewards program. I am very disappointed.
Uber is making money off riders by charging them extra on trips even though the route was the same, I have been travelling the same route from my home to work and back but they just feel the need to add extras by updating the trip price a few minutes after it ended. This morning the exact thing happened I took a screen shot of the initial price after the trip ended and not too long after a new amount was deducted and the trip receipt updated and what is so frustrating they removed the contact number, so you end up complaining to a robot that responds with the same automated response. They are de*****ing riders, and this has been confirmed by the uber drivers themselves. There is many customers having this issue and uber refuses to refund them, so that is how they are making money!
I can't believe Telkom is so unethical to charge a callout fee of R450 to pensioners. My parents did not know their phone was broken so my question is how do you expect elderly people to know when their phone is faulty or not. I am not impressed with Telkom, what kind of service are you providing it's all about making money charging for doing absolutely nothing. We are living in trying times right now and this virus has hit us all hard but yet there is people that still want to exploit you.
My husband placed order DFD ********** at 5:08 for delivery, it was collected at the restaurant at 5:25pm, we waited over an hour for our food while my husband stood outside in the rain and wind waiting for the driver but according to Mr Delivery terms the waiting time is 45 minutes. The app then showed the food was delivered at 6:15pm but no driver was at our house and to top it off he didn't even call according to the Mr Delivery terms. The app then showed only at 6:42pm that we could not be reached which again is not true as we are at home waiting. I am very disappointed with this pathetic service and incompetence of the driver as we had to order food elsewhere. I am definitely reconsidering making use of Mr Delivery going forward or recommending them as this was really a horrible experience.
