Excellent, perfect that is simply it
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am aware that I sound like some bot but if you look at my other reviews they are mostly complaints. Finally a company that gets it. No hassle, no fuss, just simply doing exactly what they promised to do. The service was prompt, installation was quick and painless and very professional. All other companies need to sit up and take notice. This is the way to do business.

Worst customer support service
How you get voted best ISP in SA beggars belief and only points to how shoddy other providers must be. Every single time we have an outage you give the same formulaic answers to the ticket. You do your utmost to shift blame onto the customer. At best you read half the support ticket since pre-emptive answers provided for questions I know will be asked are ignored and the questions are asked anyway. Your only job is to act as an intermediary between me and the provider and you simply act as a hurdle. Your communication is non-existent and you simply delay, delay, delay until the provider realises on their own that there is an issue and fixes it. Every time I have reported an outage you force me to do diagnostic steps I have already done and refuse to escalate the issue. When the problem finally gets resolved it has not once, not a single time, been an issue with my router or ONT. Your system of reporting and escalating issues is either broken or deliberately designed to keep the client busy until the issue resolves itself.

Disgusting sales practice
Disgusting,almost ********, sales practice. Phoning me because I was given as an emergency contact and offering me a "panic button" service because I am a "loyal customer" (I'm not even a customer) and making it sound everything like it's just a new service and then trying to smuggle in the charge of nearly R50 per month right at the end. Everything about the delivery of the sales pitch was dishonest. From calling an emergency contact to initiate a sale to hiding the fact that this has added cost (PER USER!) to straight up lies about my standing as a customer. You should hang your heads in shame you are no worse than any other ****mer

You do not have my permission to share my details with anybody. In fact, you do not have my permission to store my data. Stop this ********* business practice of selling people's private information.

*********** "service" followed by spam emails
Despite telling you on multiple occasions that I am NOT the patient treated and that you do not have the right to share this person's medical information with me you continue to send me invoices for services rendered to my adult child who has their own medical aid. Not only is their medical information no-one if my business but, legally, you may not share this information with me. I would understand if this was the first time or maybe even the second time you jade this "error" but this is the third free you have done this and the third time you have "sincerely" promised that the clerical error had been rectified. At this point I am more inclined to consider these intentional and malicious actions. To top it off you spam me 3 to 4 times a day to complete your survey. Well here is the response, you are doing more harm than good you ****s.

No opt-out for spam SMS and broken systems everywhere
Continues to spam me despite me opting out of every option I can find. Each SMS teases that I can opt out by dialing *135# but there is no longer an option to opt out anywhere in that quagmire of an of outdated system (who still uses USSD besides MTN? Not only is the system archaic but it is broken. Many of the menu options lead to dead ends. The MTN menu that im forced to install on my device is similarly broken and poorly designed. Stop spamming me and directing me to what turns out to be a blatant lie
