Hellopeter, I just entered into a contract with Telkom and I am already regretting. I am surely going to cancel it. They used a wrong address to courier the parcels, I called them so they can change the delivery address. I have never gotten the worst service like that. Consultant by the name "Zama Ntetha" blatantly rep**** and said they cant do nothing or solution whatsoever when it's them that used the wrong address. I am foreseeing terrible service. I am rather going to cancel this and go to a service provider that has good service.
Hi Hellopeter I am disappointed with service from Vodacom they've made pay for a contract I never signed for logs made emails made everything but they just keep on deducting. I have 18 years of service with them and that is going to the drain. I am cancelling all the services with them and go to a network that cares for their customers.
Hi Hellopeter I have never experienced such a worst/poorest service ever in my entire life, I bought a brand new Nissan Magnite CVT 2023 and the vehicle from the get go it had issues. 1. Brake issues 2. The vehicle would just not be able start in the middle of nowhere (imagine current state of SA with the crime) The dealer Nissan Motus Eastrand Mall attempted to fix more 5 times already and failed to fix it, now the car is with Nissan SA. They promised a Courtesy Vehicle within 24 hours it's now 8 days and all they do is play delay tactics. The is a case number however even that helps nothing, I have to ask every time for feedback they don't action what they promise. I regret this purchase, if you think of buying a Nissan just know your know that the customer care is absolutely BAD!!!! Regards
Dear Hellopeter, my wife bought a contract from Mondo it was dual but then she changed it and returned sim and device.. However she receives statements and billing still from the devices and sim she returned so someone is using the the device and we're paying for it. We called Mondo they refer us to Telkom then we call Telkom and they refer us to Mondo so what kind of circus is this. is this some sort of internal fraud or what?

Dear Hellopeter, AF is providing poor service on my claim they're not keeping to their promises of the pay out and when you call them, you'll find that the one department has to remind the other department and they keep you waiting on the line for like 30 min, I mean who has got the airtime to wait for that long and still no response or update of the claim progress. You send emails no reply's.
Dear Hellopeter, I reported fraud and submitted all required info however every time when I call the call centre there is no progress and the Game store sends me the sms of the debits as if they not aware that the case is not re-solved, the case is simple and straight forward. They promised to resolve the mater within 21 days but i is now close to 60 days.

Dear Hellopeter, I have student achiever account with standard bank and i haven't deposited money into the account in 6 months or more to my surprise when i deposited they took - R 700 odds, I decided to visit the branches and called their help line number, below see the responses with no clarity. I have had the account since 2008 they have never took such money from me, now I need to know why... but they failed to give carity all my time going inside the banks & my airtime calling them no FEEDBACK. 1. They said I have an option of pay as you transact or monthly fee (that means all the years I was on pay as you transact now who changed it & why) 2. They say the bank has got bank fees ( why didn't they call me or let me know that my account is busy going up in the minus, I mean if I hand't deposited it means would see myself owing the bank millions)
Gave info to that was understandable and explained everything
