Unfortunately I have had the worst experience EVER from Bronwin Van Van Rheenen!! I sold my one vehicle I owed nothing on, and paid arrears up to date on my one creditor and asked to have that creditor put back onto my debt review. I thought it was done, because Heslene Solomons sent me an email saying ticket resolved. NO IT WAS NOT!! BRONWIN VAN VAN RHEENEN DID NOT DO HER JOB, now I am behind on that creditor's payments again! I am extremely upset! It's been months since I've been trying to resolve this matter, but got nowhere, just "please pay the arrears". I won't recommend My Debt Hero for anyone ever again!
I was seriously ****ed off! Went in this morning with limited amount of cash to buy few small things. Got inside, absolutely NOTHING had prices!!! How the hell was I supposed to calculate how much which items would cost?! I was definitely NOT going to run to the till with each item to ask for prices. Pathetic!!!
After having a problem with a purchase and not knowing what to do, the manager at Clicks Westgate, Cindy, was amazing and patient enough to help me. This really made me feel at ease and I am very thankful for her help.
We are selling our company vehicle, now the person who purchased the vehicle took the documents to Cathy's to help him put the vehicle in his name. The person helping the purchaser insists we as the seller give a specific document which we have never had, even when we bought the vehicle. He first emailed me, then he phoned me for these documents and was extremely rude! He did not take note of the fact that the vehicle was bought over 18 years ago, there might not have been documents back then like he insists we should have. Just rude rude rude. We have been using Cathy's for many many years, but a person in customer service like THIS, will cost a company it's clientele.
I have been very skeptical on getting pet insurance for my baby, because I've always had pets but never any insurance for them. Now I have a very special baby, my first pure breed dog, so I really want to know that she will be covered for absolutely any unforeseen circumstances. Gabriella Julies made me really feel welcome as a first time pet insurance customer. She answered all my questions I had at the time and told me to contact her again if I have more questions. I belonged to Vitality for almost a year. I received a few cashbacks here and there. Nothing for period between April 2019 and June 2019 where I spent most of my money at healthyfood partners. After cancelling end of June, I get told I can not expect any cashback for purchases in the few months before cancelling my vitality. Pathetic!! Unacceptable! Now asking for till slips from all those months ago?!?!?!? Where the hell am I supposed to dig those out of????
The managers, Percy and Thembile, and the other staff are absolutely amazing. With the new app that was launched, I added it and tried to use it. For weeks everytime I tried to use it, there was problems. The staff and manager was so patient dealing with my regular visits struggling to use the app.
Called the accounts department numerous times, used their direct number and got the Mogale switchboard to put me through, accounts department never answers! I'm very disappointed
Today was the 3rd and final time we will ever try and buy pizza from Valley View branch of Roman's. Everytime we go there, they are always out of stock of thick base pizza! How is that at all possible, 3 separate times, different times of the day. We went 2km down the road to another Roman's and we were served our order as we want it, thick base and all.
<p>I once again proved why moving away from Standard Bank Insurance was the best move ever!</p> <p>After my last Hello Peter post regarding a claim I had with Standard Bank Insurance that was pathetic, etc etc, the customer complains centre contacted me via email, told me they will look into the matter, this was on 29 September 2016 and that it will take 8 working days.</p> <p>After 3 weeks, I contacted the person that got back to me, no reply from him. After another few weeks of trying, I get a message he does not work for Standard Bank anymore and that I should contact the following people mentioned in the email response. Which I did, this was 3 November 2016. </p> <p>I am STILL waiting for a reply.</p> <p>Bad bad bad customer service!!!</p>
