I regularly service all my vehicles with them, but then my car which was serviced by them 6 months ago broke down. They told me they cant help me for 3 weeks...! So I called another Toyota dealer in the area and they helped me immediately. The staff at Cape Gate have a very care less attitude.
Cant find any contact details so query / cancel a subscription?
This is the first time I rented from Budget and probably the last. They quoted me an amount online, but the amount they finally deducted from my credit was 40% higher, without any explanation. I queried this with their "customer care" via email and it took them two weeks to reply with a copy of my invoice - i.e. not answering my question about the higher charge.
I order two sets of 4 solar brackets from Takealot, which was fulfilled by Save&Save. I opened one box when I received them and they looked fine. When I later opened the second box, it had one bracket missing and they were of a completely differently type to what I ordered. Takealot is refusing to replace/refund these and also refusing to post my review of this product. So this basically amounts to ***** and now I shall open a case with the Police.
I have been a loyal client of Indwe for a very long time and I don't think I have ever claimed for a break-in, as I take extreme care to protect and secure my property. The fact that the insurer is now putting into question my honestly and integrity by saying that I cannot prove ownership of a ****** item that I am claiming for is not only disappointing, it is totally insulting and upsetting. And whats more, this is now being used as a delaying tactic by the insurer to avoid resolving my building claim, which has been going on for more than 6 weeks now. This gives me the impression that all is not well with the insurer and that I should perhaps seriously look at moving to a more reputable insurer...!
I purchased a Shoprite voucher (to send to someone in desperate need) on 16 January, but never received it - despite the money being taken off my credit card. Computicket website was giving errors and then retuned to the home page, without issuing the voucher but the charge still went through on my card. It took 3 weeks of constant nagging to get a response out of Computicket (they seem to ignore messages posted via their website and eventually answered when I posted on Facebook. Said they will send me a new voucher - but it arrived without a barcode. They are again ignoring my emails, Facebook messages on online messages. I will never use their Shoprite vouchers again!
<p>This morning I got an e-mail special offer from Hi-Fi Corp. for a Sinotec 24" TV for R999. So I went online to and placed the order, selected to collect and pay at the Cape Gate Store. The system said it was in stock. I arrived at the store and one on the sales people said all the stock was sold out this morning and referred me to a manager (Cheslyn I think). He informs me that because I chose to pay in-store and not on-line (nothing of this was mentioned on the website), they could not allocate stock to my order and now all units are sold out country-wide. When I questioned him about when the stock was sold out, he kept changing his story - first he said this morning, then last week, then later said all stock was sold out 3 weeks ago. </p> <p>So in summary, I made a valid purchase on-line but they were unable to honour it due to poor processes on their side. What a waste of my time and petrol!</p> <p>PATHETIC SERVICE!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST HI-FI CORPORATION!!!</p>
Had a problem with one of my lines not displaying correctly on MyVodacom and lost data. Kim was very courteous, constantly kept me in the loop and got the problem resolved. <br> <br> It is so refreshing nowadays to get good service.<br> <br> Well done!!
My home phone and ADSL line has not been working for 10 days now. No response from Telkom other than an automated SMS a week ago. What is the issue and why is this taking so long? I trust that I will get a pro-rata deduction from my bill for the period that I have not received service.
