Please stay away from Vodacom Business deals ! No aftersales service whatsoever . I took 2 5G Business wifi deals from Vodacom. My assigned agent at Vodacom assisted me through the process. The salesperson asked my for the addresses and confirmed that 5G is available. As soon as the routers were delivered. I have connected them up and to my surprise there's no 5G available. This means absolutely slow Internet that I'm paying a premium price form. For weeks i have tried to contact the salesperson to no response. The assigned agent at Vodacom also had no answers. A long time later she rep**** and said that i should contact customer care. Customer care gave me a reference and told me that a technician would come out to view the 5G in the area, then only can they cancel the contract. It's been weeks, multiple emails and calls. No one has come out. I'm stuck with the terrible contract with speeds even slower than the ADSL that i had before! Customer care just keeps sending emails saying "high priority" case. No assistance. I need to cancel the deals asap. As well as my other contracts with Vodacom after this pathetic service.
For the second time, my battery was disconnected and Car Track didn't even call me. I've mailed their complaints department a few weeks ago, but nothing has been done yet.
Paying alot of money for my vehicles to be tracked. Yet the other night my battery was disconnected and they didn't even bother to notify me. Another vehicle is stationery for 2 days, yet the app has an incorrect location.
We use Payfast and paygate as merchants on our website, getting support from them is like getting assisted at home affairs. A customer made a payment, on the customers side the funds are out, on payfast side it says that it is still "pending". Calling and emailing for weeks, just to be told they'll "get back to me within 24 hours". Days pass and they dont bother getting back to me.
Trying for almost a week to get hold of Penny Matome from MFC. A week ago i settled a vehicle. I am still waiting for them to get back to me. No response to calls, no response to emails, call centre is completely useless and ***********. They give me numbers to call that dont exist.
Naomi at the clicks counter refused to help me because they didn't all all the medicines on stock. She said that she doesn't care and i can complain to the manager. She refuses to wear her name tag. Gomolemo the manager also says its not their fault that they dont have stock. She says i think I'm clever and she doesn't care.
Called FNB 6 times. Held on for over an hour. Everytime i just do authentication, they tell me to hold and they cut me off. Useless inefficient service to do a simple thing like delink an old device
5 days without Internet. Have 2 sims in the same area. Multiple tickets sent on the app. Called the call centre, the lady i spoke sounded like there was a party in the background. She had absolutely no idea whats going in. She said she will "try to" report a network fault. She was absolutely clueless and had no idea of how to assist.
KFC Nelson Mandela drive Rustenburg should completely remove the ice cream menu from display. Almost everytime i go and wait in the long queue, they say they don't have ice cream. How can such a big company be so pathetic to not have responsible staff to check if they have ingredients to carry out whats on the menu. KFC Nelson Mandela Drive Rustenburg
