Good clown cr**p they suck. I have a issue with case CAS-865246-C2B9D0 and it was created last week Monday 18/10/2021, no feedback whatsoever and when you finally get to someone after waiting forever they just say let me check and hang up. So please if you read this review take it as a sign to not sign up with them. Any other ISP is better than them they just say F**k it and hang up if they down feel like dealing with your issue. Sign up with Afrihost where you will actually be helped. I know they also have issues but at least they're willing to resole it.

Stay away from Afrihost. Here is a few reasons why... 1. They rarely respond to tickets (my ticket was last responded to 9 days ago) 2. They delete tickets they do'nt want to resolve 3. They don't care about customer
I have been with a lot of ISP's (Afrihost, Webafrica, Telkom, Openweb, Mweb, VOX, Vodacom, Cellc) and i can now say with confidence they are the BEST! Not only are they cheaper then any other ISP they really don't throttle or manage uncapped packages and their 24 hour customer service is very helpful and willing to help no matter what problem you might have. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ISP. Keep up the good work guys!!! (Customer for 3 years now)

<p>Vodacom is the worst company in the whole wide world, absolutly pathetic.</p> <p>Got a quote to cancell a contract and made the payment in full and struggled for a month only to hear they do not have the needed documents to settle the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>So to anyone who reads this please please please dont go for vodacom you will only find trouble and issues.</p> <p>I also have a contract at MTN and no problems with them at all for more than 4 years of service.</p>
<p>Do not take your vehicle to VTS to put through the test I bought a bike from a company to go back to VTS and ask them to check the paperwork and put the bike through the test all was done at a later time I wanted to sell the bike just to see that the paperwork and the bike itself doesn't match if VTS did the job correctly the first time they would if VTS did the job correctly the first time they would have seen that it didn't match and know because of them I'm in a world of trouble so do yourself a favour and don't use VTS at all</p>
