I went to return a Defy hobby because it couldn't fit in my countertop at Ok Furniture in Protea, the service I received was beyond ridiculous. The people there acted like I am there to disturb their peace, couldn't hide how annoyed they are . I was told unfortunately they do not have money to refund me, I will have to wait till they have money. Never in my life have I ever heard such. It's not like I was asking for a loan, I want my money
I went to Money Market at Shoprite Protea Glen on Saturday morning and it was the worst experience. We stood in a queue for close to an hour without being assisted only to find out that the tills were empty. We had to go in and search for a manager for the queue to start moving. Even then the staff had an attitude, they were bored and uninterested on helping us with a smile. Experience was really disappointing.
Their customer satification is below zero, no regard for their clients whatsoever. You submit a claim and no communication or engagement from them, it is as if you are talking to yourself. If I had a choice I wouldn't choose you🚮
I had the best service from Anele, she was so sweet and patient. Very understanding, explained everything in detail. She was the best. She gave me the urge to switch to Outsurance.
I am honestly not happy with how they handle their claims. Consultants are not interested in helping whatsoever. Extremely poor service level. They tell you to claim on their app but somehow they don't get the claim. I willbe canceling my insurance with them very soon!!!!!
I currently have an account with Lewis, which I am paying on a monthly basis and it is in good standing. I tried getting car finance and was told that I have not paid one of my accounts. I was shocked because I am aware of only one account and it is paid. I went to credit bureau and was told that I have two Lweis accounts and one is not being paid. I have been sending emails to Lewis but no response, no one is willing to assist and this messing up with my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, I am writing this is as a very happy customer, you should pride yourself with your staff. I went to Fashion World Protea Glen Mall to exchange my dress as it was too big when I got there, the lady (Thembi) who assisted me told me that they do not have the item in stock and I can only get it at Jabulani Mall. A week later she calls me to tell me that she had the dress moved to their store so I can come in and do the exchange, happy was an understatement. she went beyond and above her call of duty, I got customer serviced that day. I am so happy, she is an example no doubt.
I took out a temporary loan with FNB back in 2019 and paid it back the same month but it is still showing as open on my credit score. I have sent them mails requesting to have this fixed but it is still there. Your agents are not helpful, it's sad that I alway defend this bank but I have tasted their neglect and zero customer satisfaction that I am ready to switch banks. I am so fed up, this stupid listing is messing up my credit score.
I was at Mr Price Protea Glen Mall, I must say Andisiwe gave me the best service ever. I shop at Mr Price and I won't their service is not the best but this particular lady today gave me the best service ever. She went an extra mile and assisted, she had the time to check on her system where else can I find stock, totally unbelievable, honestly I thought Mr Price didn't have that system. Thank you so much Andisiwe and today I was not having a great day but you lifted my spirits. Your great skills did not go unnoticed. Ngiyabonga cc
