When I was paying for my groceries I asked the cashier Lessie for boxes because I had lot of carry. She said she will look for some, Thobekile the cashier across us arrived with four boxes, she used two for her customer which was a white man. Lessie asked her for the two boxes that were left. She refused saying they are for her future customers. I asked myself why can this whit man get two boxes and I get one, I believe they are special for Flood *****s Roodepoort. I'm not white enough for Food *****s Roodepoort. Consequently, the last box was given to a white woman after it being refused to me. Thoko the supervisor was useless at solving the problem and defended Thobekile. If these boxes are truly complimentary and first come first serve, then the staff should not be allowed to use them as their commodity. Discriminating and choosing who is worthy of them. Consequently, I left my entire purchase which took about 45min to gather. What a disappointment, I am considering never visiting that store ever again.

Oxford Dictionary: commercial bank "a bank that offers services to the general public and to companies." Westbank can't give me a refund on an available balance because the are not a commercial bank. I am very disappointed with Westbank, I will neve use them again because in their own words they are not a commercial bank. They cannot refund monies paid in advance. Forgetting my obligation contractually is to only pay the agreed amount. I am going to pay that car up and never consider them again, I'm considering leaving FNB completely because their subsidiaries don't do refunds because they are not commercial banks. They misrepresent themselves by saying that the amount is available on their app and online. Yet its not available for me to use. Be careful! Hope all is well. Please note that as per our telephonic conversation on the 03/03/2023 at 09:25, the reason why the bank is unable to refund you is due us not being a Commercial Bank. I’m so disappointed in the DSTV app… what a waste of time… the adds load so quickly, however the actual program take forever… don’t waste your time stick to the decoder will save you so much trouble…. That is if your decoder hard drive last longer than a year… This from what they call a legend customer…
